This is a pretty decent kt tape. I use tape often to help support my patellar tracking during sports and activities.I like that this tape is very affordable, but that does come with some trade offs. Firstly the tape is not sleek or silky, it's pretty rough and feels like a linen weave fabric. It's not as sticky as other tapes I have used and tends peel away from the backing easily, and will begin to roll and fray on the edges after a day or two of wear.In terms of functionality, stretch and support I find the tape works sufficiently. However the lower adhesion and rougher fabric means the tape cannot last as long as others on the market.If you are the type of person to wear your tape for multiple days this might not be the product for you, but if you like to use new tape every day it don't need it to last the week then this would be a great product to cut down on costs.

for the price its pretty strong, wore it for 3 days i think and that is with the end being kind of wrinkled from me applying it badly which normally makes tape fall off way faster. could have worn it longer but kt tape always makes me skin a little irritated after a few days

My job requires lots of standing and heavy lifting, so I try to find different ways to help support my sore/aching body parts. This tape comes pre perforated so that each strip is measured and easy to tear, so I can apply support anywhere I need with just a bit of research. The adhesive is comfortable enough to where I generally don’t feel it until I’m going through movements that need the support. It hurts a tiny bit when removing, but I would say that’s any product that adheres to your body.

The K tape has great adhesion. The pre-cut strips are the perfect size and the tape does great at supporting muscles as needed.

Tape ripped off my skin when trying to remove. Tried dry and also underwater. Neither helped and hurt so bad to take off. I now have bruising and cuts where I had the tape. Only on for 8 hours.

The K-tapes are precut and I knew that going in. So when using them, I try to avoid using them on extraordinarily large areas. I've been using mostly on my traps/neck area. I grapple a couple times a week and that's all pretty strenuous on the neck and this k-tape has certainly helped relieve some tension that hangs out there. This stuff is SUPER sticky but not exactly waterproof so be mindful.
Great Physio Tape
I ordered this Physio Tape because it was way cheaper than the name brand. I have used about half a roll so far and it works great. I find it seems to be stickier than the name brand, twice I've taped my calf and used it for two days each time no corners were peeling up at all. I probably could have gone at least one more day each time as after the two days I had to rip it off and it was still completely stuck on. I also have fairly sensitive skin and had no reaction to the tape at all. The only negative that I can note is that I had a little bit of adhisive residue around where the edges of the tape were but for me that was the only negative I could note. For me I would say that it is better than the name brand. I highly recommend this tape!
Pre-cut...So convenient!
The pre-cut strips save so much time! Just the right length for my knee support needs...And, once applied--they stay put!
It's good, but sometimes hard to hake off.

Buy this tape
I bought the expensive tape for years. Never again. This tape not only does the same job it’s better. It sticks better and doesn’t start peeling off halfway through the day and last multiple showers and still stays in place. Leaves a bit of residue but that’s fine with me comes off easily with soap.
For knee
It works for its intended purpose, so ok. Tape is flimsy.
