This is gentle on the delicate skin around my eyes and throughly removes all of my eye makeup without leaving an oily-feeling film afterward. Bye, Bye, Avon (my go-to for probably the last 40? years). HELLO, Bubble!!! Bubble Wipe Out Makeup Remover leaves my face feeling cleaner and softer.
