I am almost 60 and I am so pleased with the improvement in my hair and nail growth. My hairdresser noticed after about 3 months; I really noticed after about 5 months. The gummies are also delicious so I never forget to take them. This is my 3rd bottle.

If and when you can get them out of the container, they are great. The manufacturer needs to add a silica gel pack or something. I have to cut the bottom of the bottle off and then manually separate each gummy each time I receive them.That said, they taste great and have definitely slowed down the shedding of my hair, hence the 3 stars. It’s just a bit of a job getting them out of the container. And they are NOT cheap!!

The media could not be loaded. Haven’t noticed any benefits yet but they do taste good. They get stuck in a ball and are hard to get out of the jar. I wish they didn’t stick together so much! They do not stick in your teeth though, which is great. They smell and taste like a treat.

I noticed hair growth after 4-6 weeks! My hair is also fuller and softer. It is a little more expensive than I would like, but the gummies are a soft consistency and taste really good.
