My kids love star wars and plush toys so this was a no brainer. It is very cool looking and they love it, but I wish they would have used a better speaker, this thing sounds awful. You can hardly understand what is saying it's so bad, to make it worse tough it's really loud.So the speaker is loud enough to hear it, but there's no clarity so it sounds like garbage and you miss half the phrases

I’ve always had good luck with Mattel products and this Darth Vader doll is no exception! It has a cool voice box that has several different phrases that’s operated by pushing a button on his hand making it very easy for all ages to use it. It’s the perfect size to be carried around, slept with or set on a shelf for display. It’s not super soft, but not completely firm and rigid, just right to be able to hug it, yet will sit upright nicely. It definitely shows attention to detail was made and considered, as it has cool graphics and features on the head and body. Some of it is actually painted on, ensuring to last a lifetime! They used good, heavy, quality fabric and all pieces were well-assembled and impeccably sewn together! I found no loose ends or threads whatsoever and all stitching was straight as can be! I’ve paid more for Star Wars plushies and am super happy to have gotten this for the price, it’s definitely worth the money! My grandson loves it and has taken it down to plea with it every time he’s been over since I got it! Great addition to my collection that will one day be passed on to my grandkids!

I'm a fan of Star Wars and couldn't pass up getting this talking Darth Vader. The toy is about what I expected in quality. It is soft and has a cartoony design to it. I was disappointed with the sound effects though. The sound is muffled and hard to understand. It sounds more like noise than lines from Darth Vader. If I listen carefully, I can decipher what he's saying. Despite the poor sound quality, this will make a fun decoration.

James Earl Jones didn't become the iconic voice of Darth Vader so that someone could poorly put together someone else's speedy and poor attempt at Vader's famous lines.At least it's cute! But, ummm, I don't know whose voice they used, but it is fast and really difficult to understand sometimes. I am almost tempted to remove the battery/voice box to just have it as a cute plush, it is just that bad! I know it is a kids toy, but kind of disappointing that they skimped on the voice. As a plush, it is cute, nice, and soft. It likely won't bother younger recipients that it sounds bad.I know this is fairly silly for a child's toy, but I love a Vader and plushies, and as a plush it's great, just get rid of the voice.

I ordered this for my Grandson who is all about cars but hasn't really ventured into SciFi or space toys so I thought this Darth doll would be a good first step. My son is into Star Wars, great toy. It’s soft to the touch but sturdy. It makes noise, like Darth Vader. The size is great to carry around not to big or small. Looks like Darth Vader, his cape is cool also. So if you have a Darth Vader fan and looking for a stuffy this a great one.

The doll is sewn and glued together well with no pulled threads or loose areas. It is soft and the details are painted and easy to see. It seems a little difficult to change the battery when it gets low.Installation/setup: Squeeze the body to activate the sounds and phrases.Final thoughts: I got this for myself. I am over 60 years old and a real Vader fan. The voice is loud and a little hard to understand but the trademark phrases are well known and can be understood, if not easily. I wanted a little buddy to add to my collection of Vader themed items in my hobby shop. It stands on my shelf right next to the Vader holder for my Alexa lol I like this, it’s perfect to sit on my shelf and give a hug on a tough day. I am glad I got it.⭐️1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality.⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults, or a very high price.⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable, It has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.
