    The first few days I didn't notice too much of a difference but boy oh boy did I notice it on the 3rd day on. I had cramps pretty hard and very loose stools. I think it is because of how potent it is. I am no longer bloated and just a little gassy. I have heard others say that it takes some time for the side effects to diminish - I think it's a good product and am looking forward to less side effects.

    My husband bought this because there’s a specific strain in this product that's supposed to help with oral health.We wanted to love it, but I made my husband’s second half of his digestive system upset, and it made me absolutely nauseated. I thought I would get used to it, but after a couple times puking I just don't wanna roll the side anymore.

    I actually bought this product on accident, I had planned on purchasing the Hum Flatter Me but clicked this one instead. Product was not eligible for return so I decided to try it. It’s very gentle on my stomach, no side effects that I’ve noticed so far. I love the clean ingredients and no residual taste in my mouth when I take them. Would recommend for a probiotic!

    I bought this after seeing a creator on lemon 8 reviews. Thought why not try and I did not notice any weight loss or less bloating just cramping. So will not try again.
