I understand that HUM doesn't promote this as a weight loss supplement. However, I've been on it for only 2 weeks and have lost several pounds! This is a quality product and it is effective. I definitely plan to order again and even try a few of their other supplements. After just three days i've noticed that my digestion was a lot better and I feel good. Also, I have not noticed any taste.

I haven't seen improvement in bloating yet, but I only purchased 10/09/24. I've also taken them 2x daily but have forgotten to do it before the meals which are lunches and dinner. I still take them just after. However I've been cautious to follow instructions and have definitely been able to drop the kids of at the pool regularly. Instead of every 3 to 4 days. I eat and go. No pain. I do notice more gas which I welcome. It's a good laugh when on the potty. I will continue to purchase.

I do not recommend this product. I had regular bowel movements until I started taking this product. Within a few days, I noticed that I was becoming constipated. It took a little time to get into my system re-regulated once I stopped. I a lot eat a lot of vegetables ( high fiber) and non processed food. I workout daily. I drink over 64 oz of water daily as well. I a track my daily macros. Unfortunately, this did not respond well to me. know that everyone responds differently, but I didn’t have a good response to this product.

I loved it, it helps me a lot to regularly go to the bathroom, and I used to get super sick on my tummy after eating pizza or heavy meals, like I would get constipated for days and bloated, it makes my meals more enjoyable, I can’t eat now and have couple drinks without the heaviness !!
