5.0 out of 5 stars Better for the environment AND works way better!
Honestly, this stuff is amazing! My parents used regular Tide my whole life and then I did too. Then I went through many brands seeing if anything was superior after most detergents became liquids and then pods. Even Persil. Then I tried the tiles, which ARE pretty cool, but nothing beats this stuff and you can buy it at the warehouse stores in a big pack for a greatly reduced price. NOTHING gets out or cleans like this stuff and you can make a solution to pre-treat tough stains and dirt with some water. Bonus?: The powder is in a cardboard container and is much better for the environment and you. NO micro plastics.
5.0 out of 5 stars Better than pods
I have loads of white slipcovers, towels and sheets and this does the trick brightening and removing stains without needing to use bleach or other whiteners. Far better than pods and the scent is clean and fresh but not overwhelming.
5.0 out of 5 stars Most Effective Detergent I Have Used
I've been through a lot of laundry detergents over the years, but Tide has been my go-to, recommended year after year by Consumer Reports. But it was a NY Times Wirecutter podcast on detergents that made me aware of this Tide powder product. The podcast noted that cold water is actually MOST effective in removing stains (refuting my long-held belief that at least warm was required) and they noted that this Tide product was notably better than any liquid, including that made by Tide, at general cleaning and stain removal. I have found this to be absolutely true. The detergent dissolved almost instantly (so no worry about clumping, unused product). It has a light scent going in and very little after drying. Can't recommend enough. Was glad to find on Bolo, because I have not seen it in stores.
5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent if you're trying to avoid pods
Powder is not quite as convenient as pods but is a little more efficient because you're not shipping heavy liquids around. This is one of the best of the powders and does a great job of cleaning.
5.0 out of 5 stars More economical and better for the enviroment
I used to use the powder Tide but then when the Pods came out, it became harder to find the powder Tide. So I fell for the Pods and used them for a couple of years and decided that I no longer wanted that convenience. Started looking for the powder and a lot of stores didn't have it or if they did, it was on the top shelf and being a short person, I couldn't reach it. So, knowing Bolo has just about everything, that's why I bought it. Plus, I'm a firm believer that Tide does an excellent job of cleaning my laundry.
5.0 out of 5 stars Cleans well! No plastic to deal with
Much better than laundry detergent sheets. Cleans well and no plastic jugs to deal with later.
5.0 out of 5 stars No more laundry sheets
Love the i have fresh, clean smelling clothes again + it comes in a cardboard box.
4.0 out of 5 stars Cleans well but has a scent
I got used to using detergent that has no scent. I really like that. I hate "fresh scents". I like the cleaning of Tide, but it does have a scent, not a horrible one, but it has an artificial "fresh scent". Subtle lemon or lavender would be better than whatever the fake "fresh" is.
