This little machine is a Godsend.we are remodeling our kitchen, and this baby has been a cinch for sidebar cooking.it will handle anything, breakfast lunch/dinner. One pot/skillet. Once you figure out the temperature controls. select the function by pressing the menu and don't forget to start for pre heat.Clean up is so easy. it just wipes clean.Perfect!!

I bought this to replace 4 appliances, which I was excited about. I've only used the skillet feature so far, and boy was it slow. It's preheat period is very long, it never seemed to get hot enough and anytime you adjust the temp up or down, it has to go though the preheat phase, which takes at least 5 minutes. It took me 45 minutes to make 6 pancakes. I would not recommend this product. Also, I wish the cord was retractable. I don't understand why its not.

The media could not be loaded. Okay, I've only used the grill pan so far, and I love it. It makes so much sense. I'm a Ninja loyalist, however, I felt the Impossible cooker was too big, I am replacing an older Multi Cooker which I love. The jury is still out on the slow cook mode. The pot does seem to be smaller, but if I can get a slab of ribs in it, I'm good, even if I have to layer them.
