If I could give zero stars I would. I took two at lunch time and was freaking out the rest of the day. It had the opposite affect in that my anxiety sky rocketed. My heart was racing all afternoon and my blood pressure was the highest it’s ever been. I felt super spacey and woozy like I was gonna pass out. I would not recommend. And you can’t return them. Please take this into consideration and talk to your pcp or provider before taking these. I’ve never felt like this before, I feel drugged.
