Unfortunately one of the robe hooks was not included in the box. In order to get a new one you have to return everything and get a new box sent. However, I had already hung up half the ideas before realizing that there was a missing piece and I really don’t want to have to remove them all. So a bit irritated.But overall , great bang for the buck. I purchased these for my last house as well and they work great.

Bought these for our new rv. We have a bath and half. One has little wall space and the other has larger wall space. So the two different lengths of towel rack worked out great. They are made very well and have a good consistent finish. They match the shower hardware almost exactly. They are built much more solid than the walls I screwed them to. Anyone in the rv world knows what I'm talking about. I would recommend and purchase again if needed.

The towel rods themselves are great, easy to install and mount, I love them, but I will be going to the hardware store soon to buy better anchors for sure. I just installed these in our newly-remodeled bathroom and after only a week, they are starting to pull out of the wall because the included anchors aren't very good.
