I’ve owned three 70 Mai dash cams, and this one has been flawless. The design is impressive and it’s has a lot of cool features like RS visual effects and the built in GPS. Installation was a breeze, and it operates seamlessly. The rotation is smooth, and the AI motion detection is a standout feature. The 1080p image quality is great both during the day and at night but you will need the hardware kit to be able to use certain features such as parking surveillance . I highly recommend 70 Mai Omni to anyone in need of reliable dash cam.

I have tried a few different dashcams, I am a door dash driver and a dashcam is a necessity while doing this job And a good quality one is even more important, I have purchased the most expensive dashcam on the market and the cheapest but this dashcam is one of the most reasonable and best working.I have a few cons in regards to the dashcam, The first is its voice commands have no activation word so listening to music or things like radio and/or audio books can sometimes cause the dash cam to activate a command. Another issue I have is I don't like that you can't expand the storage or add a back camera, yes the cam can turn 360* which is a great feature but it doesn't exactly show what's happening out of back window.Despite the few cons I mentioned, the Night time quality is great, The app for your phone is excellent and one of my favorite features you do not find in most dash cams is the AI alert, Like lane drafting, vehicle braking, and vehicle acceleration and many other alerts, I do not have the parking kit yet. I have recommended this dashcam to a friend, They compared it to the century mode feature in a car that many people would love to own.So in conclusion, buy this camera, it is a really good Dash cam

For dash camera quality, this 70mai 360 takes the cake. It’s high quality bitrate footage (a high bitrate is important for clarity). Though even when the camera does a great job, the extra features are just ‘okay’.The 360 swivel is only okay, it’s handy if you ever need to shoot to the left or right of your car though the voice activation is where this camera starts to loose its shine.The commands to “shoot left/right” etc are very very sensitive so every time your CarPlay navigation voice says “turn left/right” or playing music the 360 dash camera will turn following the unwanted commands.This 360 featured is majorly missing a voice activation command like “hey siri” so there isn’t any false activations.There are times where the camera will have a false command and I worry it’ll miss an incident which questions the whole point of a Dashcam. You can turn this off.The company 70mai really need to address this. A simple “Hey Dash” or “Hey (insert company mascot name here)” would greatly improve the product.Other features:- Motion detection works a treat. Very comforting to capture activity when car is parked.- Time-lapse during parking is very handy if you’re worried about missing an incident.- Connecting the phone to the camera is fine, at times it can fail (about only 5% of the time) but just force close the 70mai app and it’ll connect correctly.- Only wireless downloading footage from dash to phone can take some time though I’d rather wait for the original file compared to other dash cameras compressing the hell out of the file.There are privacy concerns as the app requires “Network activity” permissions which I think shouldn’t be needed as it connects via its broadcast wifi/bluetooth. I toggle this permission off on my iPhone after each connection for privacy.I also turn off Location Services and the ability for the app to connect to Cellular as I don’t want any risk of the app reporting back to any china servers (can’t confirm if it does but for good measure). The latitude and longitude / speed limit baked into the footage will still work. Note you can’t turn either the speed limit or location off in camera - it’s either both on or off.TL;DR:Incredible camera quality! Overall reliable and lots of customisable features. Major selling point of a 360 swivel works okay. Happy with the purchase for the last 6months. Privacy concerns, easily turn off permissions.

This camera has amazing video quality - day and night. I can read license plate numbers, at night, clearly, even through the glare of oncoming headlights. Installation was quick, using a clear stick-on plate that disappears on the windshield. The mount is adjustable up and down depending on your windshield angle. (see photos) There is a cute animated bear character that greets you for a few seconds while the camera is powering up and waves goodbye when shutting down. When powered through the hardwire cable, the camera can detect someone walking by your vehicle. If they get too close, the AI will start recording and follow them until they walk away. I have not tested the accident recording features (thankfully) but if I ever get into a wreck, I will update this review. As an added bonus, you can say "take selfie" and the camera will turn to face the inside of the vehicle and snap a photo of everyone!Overall I really enjoy this camera and the unique features it has.

It seems to be good, however the directions are VERY poor. Also the print is so small I needed to use a magnifier…I was trying to look at directions as to how to see what the camera was seeing on the little screen? But the camera doesn’t show an actual view while driving. Also it says it can watch your vehicle, provided u have additional piece that has to be hard wired, that can monitor your vehicle while parked. I see only a black screen. I actually feel like returning? I feel that there should be directions that explain how to operate and not so small that u cannot read. Whoever reviews this, should contact the seller so he can fix or update these Lame instructions…and provide better directions to those who purchased this product!!! If possible have seller email meTM

Have been using these for customers for a while , great price and good clarity. Downside is getting help or info to order in bulk since they speak different language and email not great . But very good dashcam . Can hardwire it too this one built in storage no SD card format errors

It may be a good device, but it doesn't work for me.
I received the device on August 22 and have been trying to get it to work all this time. Today, September 7, it stopped turning on completely. I want to return it to the company but they write that the return window is already closed.. It's very strange, what should I do now with a non-working device?

Great camera - a few bugs to work out
Picked this up because I was impressed with the features, size and useability.Video quality. Pretty good. No issues - came from a Vantrue N4. Don't notice any discernable difference in quality.On dash access. Buttons are red - this is amazing and such a simple solution. All other dashcams I've used have black on black buttons that are on top of the camera so are either hard to access / see. The N4 was a pain to use because of this and had no app.Screen is small, but good. Attaching and removing the camera is amazing and the static clear film that is used to adhere to the windshield is an excellent idea.In use - the 360° rotating lens is amazing. Love it. Excellent view of basically any angle. Voice commands are a blessing and a curse (the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5). Commands work well enough, but they are straight forward english commands "Shoot Left" - this works well until you realize that offshoots of this phrase trigger the camera to shoot left. Apple Carplay, singing, people talking easily cause the camera to respond.They need to have an activate phrase like Garmin or Siri like "70Mai Shoot Left". Hopefully this can be addressed by a firmware update.App is easy to use and pretty good wirelessly. It can take time to download the videos, but that is to be expected. One enhancement would be to pick the amount of time or stay in the position until further notice. For example, if there was an issue on the right and you said "70Mai Shoot Right" after 30 seconds or so, it returns. If something is going on in either direction "70Mai Shoot Right Lock" would be helpful.The hardwire kit is a separate purchase which I did not opt for so can't comment on that.Overall this is an excellent, easy to use dashcam and looks pretty good.
