I didn't use the whole bottle. I was desperate, I felt I needed something.I don't like gelatin capsules, it's a cheap shortcut. I felt I was declining. My usual product came back in stocks, so I trashed this stuff.

This product really works! I noticed the difference after about 1-2 weeks of taking it every day. I forgot to take it for 2 days and I started having symptoms again, so now I am vigilant about remembering to take it every day at the full dose.

I read a lot of the reviews that were negative about the pill shell and they are correct. It stinks, tastes like crap and even has a nasty after taste that you burp up. It just had all the supplements in one pill so I thought I'd give it a go. I went alright. This product caused me major GI distress. Gut wrenching runs you know the "Choros!" I'm positive this was the cause because I stopped taking it and the issue stopped. Then I took again in a lower dose, same problem only not as bad. So I stopped taking it. Just to be triple sure, I waited a week, then tried it again at the recommended dosage and sure enough I got the worst gut wrenching runs ever. Nope, this is not a good product and I'm not sure it is safe. It's definitely not safe for me.
