I originally purchased as I have slightly receding gums on a few of my upper teeth and have seen oil pulling all over tik tok. I was super hesitant as it seemed weird to swish oil in your mouth but I’m here to say JUST DO IT. I have literally only been using this for one week and I’m already sold. My entire mouth just overall feels so clean and healthy ! The tongue scrapper is nice, I use it every morning first thing and before i start my rinse/brush routine & the toothbrush is the best toothbrush I’ve ever used, it’s SO gentle on my gums. The minty taste is surprisingly decent and natural whitening is an added plus. Yes, yes, yes and more yes.

One of my favorite products!! Definitely worth the buy and it’s fairly cheap. Left my breathe so fresh and got all of the out of reach gunk out of my mouth. I started with pulling for five minutes and gradually made it to the full ten. I did it once everyday and have definitely seen the results!! My teeth were much more white after two weeks and almost instant results of the health of my enamel. Highly recommend this product.

This is a great product. Noticeably whitened my teeth within 1st week (I didn't even get it for that so, BONUS) Gum health has improved greatly. Teeth feel crazy clean. It pulls so much debris from between the teeth. It can be a challenge to swish for the full ten minutes and I've had to spit it out early because I thought I might barf (not from the flavor or texture though. They aren't particularly bad so could just be a "me" thing. Try it & decide for yourself). I don't think anyone would be disappointed with the results they get from this.

SO this product is great. I actually don’t mind the taste. It’s not that overpowering to me. I haven’t been able to swish for ten minutes as the instructions suggests yet. If I get any in the back of my throat I instantly want to throw up though so be careful. The one thing is it makes a huge mess and its oil so putting down the drain has caused issues. Nothing major but my sink starts to not drain properly. So be mindful of that. The toothbrush it came with, to me, was the gem of the whole package. The best toothbrush I have ever owned. I plan to purchase my future toothbrushes from this company. The tongue scraper was nice to have as I have wanted one but always forget to buy one. All in all a good value bundle.

I love the tooth brush it is so soft different from the ones you buy at the store that say soft but really aren’t. The taste isn’t bad so you can keep it in your mouth for a good time. The price was good gave you a tongue scraper as well which was cool

Honestly, for anyone who has doubts on Oil Pulling, I cannot speak for just any oil but this one, I can 100% say it works. I have probably ordered close to 10 bottles now. I absolutely notice a difference in morning breathe when I am using this product. For those with good hygiene practices, you don't even need to consistently use this everyday. When I first started, I used it 1-2 times a day for 7 days and already, the morning breathe was almost non-existent. I then can go about 1-2 weeks without using it (or just using it occasionally) along with good hygiene and the morning breathe is still gone. As soon as i sense even a little morning breathe, I go back to this for 1-3 days and problem solved. Truly cannot recommend this more.

This oral rinse lives up to everything that is advertised. I could feel ingredients working during my first use. I rinsed for the 10 mins out the gate and I brushed my either mouth with it as well. I had a little plaque that came off right away in my back teeth and I was in awe. I have my whole family using that bottle and is every tiny for them and that younger scrubber is ideal with both ends for those with a gag reflex and I can use that to get my children accustomed to proper hygiene without so much of that crap the dentist out in our mouths. 🙌🏿

I’ve been pulling with extra virgin coconut oil, which is much harder. It takes time for it to come into a consistency for easy swooshing 😁. This oil tastes great and is easy to use. I’m sold!
