I didn't think this would work but it actually does! The food tastes better, your mouth starts to feel better. I use it a couple of times a week not everyday and I do see a difference from before I had them.Very easy to use, scrap your tongue and throw away.Feels of good quality plastic. I think if I purchase the one of metal would be hard on my tongue, good that I decided on this one.They look very esthetic on my bathroom drawer.There is no pain, you may feel a little nauseaus but goes away as soon as you take it out, and it is worth it.

It was hard to get a good grip and maneuver the tongue scraper with the handle being so short. Otherwise I would have reordered them but not happening.
