I bought this as a thank you gift to a friend and when she opened it, I was envious. The coffee maker was compact with everything anyone could want as a feature. I was so taken by this coffee maker that I bought one for myself and threw out my Keurig. This coffee masker has the ability to use K-ups, regular ground coffee and even makes tea from tea leaves. Its slim design and chrome finish makes it look like it costs much more money than I paid for it. It is easy to chose the ounces per cup and the water well holds enough water for several cups. Easy to clean and easier to use!

Been holding off getting one of these ,then decided one day to do it. Why did I wait so long? I love this machine,simple,easy to use,does not take up much space. Works great.

This is an amendment to what's below. After using this maker for a while I realized I was using TOO MUCH ground coffee in the use your own adapter. It works by having the water sprayed over the grounds, I was filling it to the top forcing the sprayer into the middle of the grounds. This resulted in the middle of the grounds being all that got wet the outer grounds were barely damp. Now fewer grounds=strong cup.This is a love hate relationship. It is attractive, but white so every drop of coffee is visible. It brews a cup in little more than a minute, but the coffee is not very hot, if you put cream from a frig in your cup it is barely warm. The K-cups work well, but even with dark espresso it doesn't make a strong enough brew for me. There is a use your own coffee adapter, but is only holds a small amount of coffee (no help). There is a tea adapter with works well and makes a nice cup of tea (again not really hot)and would be great for brew your own coffee, but the screen holes are large and let ground flow into the coffee.In summary, it looks good, appears to be well made, is fast, hold a good amount of water, is compact and relatively quite. A few tweaks and this would be perfect for me (I think there are paper filters that may allow use of the tea adapter for make coffee without grounds😊

Our Cuisinart coffee maker took a dump after 4+ years. Their newer model was too bulky. After shopping & reading reviews of different makes & also based on price, we chose this. We have only owned it for a few days...so far do good. It's attractive & does not take up a lot of space. It comes with 3 pods...2 for ground coffee or tea & one for retail pods. It does make more noise than our previous one, but the coffee is hotter. You do have to turn on the machine before you choose the size you prefer.Good price, good coffee...hope it lasts

Great price. Quick delivery. This coffee maker matches my other small appliances well. Looks great on my counter. Works like a dream. Simple and very easy to use. Holds enough water for 4 / 8 oz cups of coffee. It has 2 permanent filters so you can use your own ground coffee. Very easy to clean. I'm the only coffee drinker in the house so for me, it's perfect!

So far the quality is good, makes coffee quickly , nice n hot, not too loud when brewing, small sleek look. Haven’t used the tea leaf part yet.
One year review - Once in a while, I find a pearl !
I already own this coffee maker for a full year now and it still works perfectly. It ended up being very easy to maintain and quite sturdy. Despite my enthusiasm, I was originally a little worried about the tube that runs within the pod cover's hinge (see picture) but after probably around 1000 coffees poured, it shows no sign of wear. I am still extremely happy with this little coffee maker !(Note: Both pictures are after a full year of - quite intensive - usage)Extremely happy with this coffee maker. In addition to accomplishing its mission of brewing coffee, those are the main highlights:1- At the very first use, I was literally flabbergasted to notice that after I pressed the on button and then the beverage size button, the water started pouring instantly. I owned pods coffee makers costing five times the price of this machine and none where able to start pouring the coffee under several seconds. Moreover, the resulting beverage is indeed hot. In fact, the performances are so unusual, I had to refrain myself from opening the machine to look inside at how they manage to instantly boil the water. I guess I like this machine more than I like to satisfy my curiosity !2- It has a nice modern look. The trims are made of plastic but this is absolutely correct for the price and very functional.3- It comes with pods holder, one dose coffee AND tea filters and all those accessories work flawlessly. No need to emphasize that those accessories are always sold separately with the other brands.4- It is quite easy to wash, although the beverage tends to splash a little when pouring.5- I cant tell for now if durability is part of the package but I have a good feeling. Will update if anything sad happen.
Space saving and works beautifully 3 in 1 coffee maker
Received my coffee maker on Sept. 2nd. Set up is very easy and came with 2 extra filter units to do loose coffee and 1 for tea leaves. Also came with the pod unit.This is replacing my kettle and takes up less space than a regular coffee maker.Heats up very quickly and you have a cup of tea/coffee within a minute.So far very pleased with this purchase and at this time highly recommend it. If you enjoy a variety of tea/coffee, etc. this is the one machine you can use.
My favorite appliance!
The media could not be loaded. I will rave about this machine all day long!!! I use it multiple times a day since I'm an avid tea drinker. The versatility of being able to make drinks from K-Cups, loose leaf tea, bagged tea, and ground coffee is wonderful. It's easy to use and brews your drink quickly. I ordered the white model and it looks sleek and beautiful on my kitchen counter. The K-Cup baskets are easy to use and clean. The back water reservoir is easy to fill. Quality of tea with bags and loose leaf being brewed through the basket is great. For some loose leaf tea varieties, you may want to put the basket in your cup after brewing and let it rest for a few more minutes to enhance flavor but in general, running the water through the basket with the tea leaves or bag is enough to brew a great tasting cup of tea. I was looking at higher end machines with a milk frother attached, which would be lovely of course. But I decided to go with this machine because it was in my price range for now. I was a bit nervous because the price was so much lower than some similar machines but I have to say I am beyond impressed. Would recommend it to anyone!
2.5 mths is all
We really loved this maker for being fast, hot & easy to use. I cleaned it & then no more. Drip, drip drip. Contacted the seller since it was over 30 day Bolo return span. They got back to me quite quickly asking for video of issue. That is a whole other issue since you can only upload seconds at a time. Through frustration they refunded my order.Think I will stick to physical stores for this appliance since it is so much easier to return.I noticed in research single drips are still evolving & could take a few more years to perfect that. If this brand was available in stores in Canada I most definitely would retry it.
