I went to the local big box home improvement stores and was hit by the price and lousy service. I decided to check Bolo after the nonsense of paying full price for self service. I am glad I did, these were half the price of the stores and I like the quality.I had installed 4 eyeball type form the stores, but when I saw these and the features compared to the stores I said I would try them. The install was easier because of the way they mount and I enjoyed the option to decide my color spectrum. In most cases I prefer white light so cleaning is easy as the dirt shows around the room. I used one in the closet and it it the closet up beautifully. The night light is a great feature in the other rooms as when walking after sundown I can see.I wish the feature to change the color was not in the mount. You have to go to the attic or take the light down if you want to change from daylight color to soft white. If that is the worst observation there is nothing bad to mention. I am putting them up in every room eventually. I would recommend them and will purchase more. The electrical was as easy as putting in any other light.I am building a 900 sq ft addition with a garage. They will definitely be installed in the rooms and garage. I like the fact that they are a great value I have recommended to my family. I have owned a home remodeling business in the past and they rely on my recommendations for ease of installation and true value for their effort and investment.I recommend them for any skill level if you are just replacing the old can lights. If it is a new install, the install effort is subjective to your application, but the product itself is great. They are plug and play.

I had some older lights in my kitchen and one of the LEDs went bad, they stopped making the kind I had so I looked for alternatives. Just 1 light at the chain hardware store was more than this whole set. I knew I would have to replace all 5 because a new one wouldn’t match.I found these on Bolo and they did not have many reviews but I thought they looked great and I loved the nightlight feature!I decided to give them a try and I’m so glad I did! Installation was straight forward, I did not use the little clips they sent I just connected them with wire nuts, white to white, black to black, copper to green and that was it.They work perfectly with my existing dimmer switch to get the nightlight mode you just quickly flip the switchThere is several different light modes for which color you prefer, we just like daylight so I set it as bright as I could.I did have to make my holes a little bigger but that was no problem just needed a box cutter and steady hand.They clipped perfectly flush to the ceiling and have a nice seal on them to prevent cool air loss.They are lightweight plastic but they look amazing! All the lights worked with no problem.If you are looking for a great light and a great value, you found them here!

These lights are amazing, very bright and crisp.Just installed 12 around the house. The night mode is especially great. Being dimmable also made it even better, great for any setting!

Love the lights, flexible light intensity option. Easy to install. Bought a 6 pack. 1 light started flickering nonstop on day 2, another would only come at one intensity setting. Tech support thru Bolo sent replacements. All good at this point.
