    I replaced these with an old lamp with this type shade. Mine were so old they would break if you touched them, these were smaller but are perfect.

    I don't think these will get brittle like the original shades did. They seem well made and are a bit thicker material. They fit perfectly too and were priced well below others I viewed.

    I have a floor lamp with 5 shades like this, but it's so old that they had cracked and looked terrible. These shades are the same shape, but are a bit smaller. They fit fine on the lamp, but the end of the bulb protrudes a little but to me it looks fine and I kind of like the smaller less prominent shades. They work great and my lamp looks so much better with nice clean white replacement shades!

    I have a bunch of these lamps with five bulbs and the company does not sell the replacement shades anymore! I am so happy to have found these replacement shades! The lamps are super handy, but the shades get damaged easily, yet I want to keep the lamps! Problem solved!
