    I noticed the clear difference and just a week after using this, Helps calm anxiety, and give clear thinking.     I'm 5'5 and weight 165lbs. I took the recommended dose and BOOOOY let me tell yall! These pills knocked me out! It's so strong I woke up groggy as hell and slept an extra 2 hours! I woke up later than usual and didn't feel like going to the gym early like I usually do lol. I'm going to take 2 instead and report back. So don't think these pills don't work, they absolutely do!

    How is this a 3 month supply as it says on the image? The serving size is 3 capsules/day and there are 120 capsules, it is a 40-day supply not a 3 month/90 day supply. Misleading information...

    I have been experiencing sleeping dificulties for over a year someone recomended watching a video fron A. Huberman on the subject and he recomended a compound of three ingredients and later I found this product with exactly the same compound in my case the product was very effective

    Watch the Andrew Huberman podcasts about sleep if you are interested to learn about the science behind these ingredients and how they work. If not, that’s fine. In my opinion, these are helpful and a much safer alternative to sleeping pills or even melatonin. If you are having issues falling asleep or staying asleep, I would give these a try before resorting to more extreme methods like prescription sleep aids. Very affordable, too. For me they take about 1 hour to 90 mins to kick in. Another thing that helps is to avoid lots of drinks or anything salty before bed.

    I don’t do well on melatonin and want something natural. I researched Apigenin and thought I’d give it a try.Finally real sleep! The kind where you fall asleep within minutes and sleep through the night. No more tossing and turning and seeing the clock hit midnight 2 hrs later only to awaken around 4 once I do fall asleep!Now I fall sleep right away and get close to 8 hrs of uninterrupted sleep every night!

    This truly has been a game changer!! Melatonin, CBD, and Benadryl all work the first night for me but then backfire and start making my sleep worse each consecutive night. I have slept well on this product for a solid week. I just take 1 pill a night. I'm also glad to know it's all natural.
