5.0 out of 5 stars Comfortable and Works Well
After my 3rd Logitech Trackball died (they lasted two to three years each), I decided to give this one a try. It has a large footprint, which makes it comfortable because the palm rest is large and ergonomic, and the trackball is also large, making it easier to scroll. As with all trackballs, it seems to take a little time to acclimate to the ball versus scroll ratio, but the adjustment was quick and I appreciate the comfort and design of this Nulea trackball. It offers USB, and two Bluetooth settings, I went with the USB, which was very easy. Hopefully this will last a long time.
4.0 out of 5 stars Nearly Perfect
Great so far, connected via the dongle with no issue.I do wish the shape was a little more ergonomic, like another commenter said, the extended palm rest could be elevated a little more as right now its easy to slide your hand slide off it. Also regarding DPI, a finer adjustment scale would've been welcome as I seem to be right in between two different settings. The DPI button is a little awkward too considering it is noticeably elevated and your finger is positioned nearly on top of it given the shape of the body.I do like the buttons and they have all been responsive so far. The larger ball is incredible and should be standard. The materiel feels nice but the shape of the mouse ends up making a little slick. The ball is extremely smooth and feels great. Is this the peak of ergonomic mouse design? No. Is it one of the best options on the market and worth the $30? Yes.
5.0 out of 5 stars If you have ulnar nerve issues and numbness in your ring and pinky, this is the mouse for you!
After going to physical therapy for ulnar, nerve compression and resulting numbness in my ring and pinky fingers from office work, I decided to try using this trackball mouse, because of the extended wrist rest and not having to move the mouse itself. The track ball is extra large, which means even for my small hands, the thumb is able to sit comfortably and move across the three screens I use. It takes a little tiny bit to get comfortable with the thumb track ball versus moving the mouse, but it is just a point that you don’t actually have to move the mouse and your hand can rest comfortably along with the wrist outstretched on the mouse - that is the point! I love this mouse so much. It has absolutely helped my every day office work life be more comfortable and I have not had to deal with numbness in my fingers while using it. Although I can use the USB plug-in, the Bluetooth works just great to connect to my computer and the track ball is extremely smooth. I can choose the speed I want the track ball to track at , and there has been no glitching. Moreover, the texture of the mouse is pleasing, and this has been overall an excellent experience. I’m very happy that I bought this mouse - I also hope they begin offering it with color options for the trackball. ;) The value I feel I am getting for the product is exceptional.
5.0 out of 5 stars Quality trackball, nice design
This is a replacement of my Logitech M570 Wireless Trackball mouse. I prefer the ease of smooth scrolling and comfort of wrist support. The fit and position of buttons works well. I prefer the accuracy of thumb control and love that the trackball is secured and I don't get accidental rolls of the ball across the room.
4.0 out of 5 stars Works great
Love how easy it is to use. I was a little intimidated before buying it, and was afraid it wouldn’t work well for me at work. It’s been a week, and it’s gotten easy to use.
3.0 out of 5 stars Stopped working within 1 month
I liked the product for the 3 weeks it worked. Less than a month and it has already stopped working. No drops, no spills, nothing to have damaged or caused it to just stop. I charged it, it turns on and I can move it on screen but I can’t click on anything.Update: I will say though that the seller offered me a full refund upon finding out that it broke. So I am impressed by that.Maybe I just got a defective one. I really did like it while it worked.
5.0 out of 5 stars Replace my Logitech at Half The Price!
In fairness I've only had this a few days so we'll see if I need to edit later - but so far I love this trackball. I replaced my Logitech M575 (which suffered an unfortunate soda related accident) with this because I didn't want to spend a lot of money right now. While there are a couple of things I would change about it if I could, I have NO regrets about buying this one!The whole thing has a soft-touch coating that feels a lot nicer than the usual bare plastic most devices come finished in. The larger sized ball really does make it easier to scroll across the whole screen (17" ROG laptop) without having to reposition my thumb for a second roll. You can also get very fine control of cursor and make movements as fine as you like. Excellent for photo & video editing. The buttons click crisp and make a really good CLICK sound - and hey, that's important! The Bluetooth feature connected to my computer nearly instantly, so I haven't used the dongle. I have pretty big hand and there's plenty of real-estate to rest on, from fingertip to wrist. There are a couple of things I'm not a fan of. It goes to sleep to save battery, which is good, but it takes a few seconds to wake up. Not the biggest problem in the world, but it wasn't something I had to worry about with the M575. I find that clicking the button wakes it a bit faster than just rolling the ball. It is a bit bigger than the M575 length wise, so it takes up some more room on the desk. Those are really minor issues and not at all deal breakers so I didn't let them effect my star rating.I felt like the DPI setting was perfect out of the box so I haven't messed with those settings at all. I also haven't had to charge it since I got it. I turn it off at night to save battery, and I did that with my M575 too.Overall, I think this trackball is great deal for the money. If Anything edit-worthy comes up, I'll be back to update the review. I'm really glad I took a chance on a brand I hadn't heard of, and a lower priced item. It's working out just as good as the $50 trackball it replaced.
Performant
Best Trackball I have owned!!
Absolutely the best Trackball I have ever used! The surface has a non-slip rubber coating which is brilliant. The increased size body and ball make it super comfortable to use. Nothing negative to say about this product, will be recommending to all my friends, & customers.
The media could not be loaded.
