This works well and better than vinegar. Works great on metal screens or filters like Aeropress when they get slow and clog. Scale is a big reason electric machines and kettles stop working and a big reason for denying warranty work on electronic coffee devices so it is best if done quarterly or so depending on how hard your water is. No real odor to taint your wonderful coffee aromas. Recommended!

I really love my coffee machine and I am always looking for a good cleaner to help descale the buildup from the water being used in it. I decided to give this product a try and it has worked great! The directions are very easy to follow, and my coffee maker seems to work better each time that I use it. I think that it has been a very good product and will continue to use it from now on.

I love using my travel keurig when ever I get the chance pretty much, though I do not clean it enough. This really is a nice ready to go cleaning option that I can use to just run it through and clean something I should have long ago. After running this through the machine I still make sure to run a few runs of plain water and make sure to take apart the cup holder and clean it also. Gunk can also gather up around that compartment and around the needle so take some time to get that off also. Overall it gets it clean, and that's all I need it for.

This coffee machine descaler is made in the USA. Per the item description this can be used for coffee pots as well. It didn't make a great first impression when it arrived sopping wet because of a faulty seal on one of the bottles. I tried it on an old coffee maker I own which I haven't used a cleaner on for the last 10 years. I followed the instructions to pour half a bottle of cleaner into the reservoir and filled the rest with tap water and ran it twice. It helped clean a little, but some deposits remained at the bottom of the reservoir after cleaning.

I was hoping this was going to work as well as vinegar, with less noxious odor.But it actually worked much better. It did not require as long of a soak to loosen up the scale.Still this is much more expensive than using vinegar.This has no discernible smell, so depending on your tolerance for vinegar, this may be worth the added expense to you.

I have a newer Keurig that always asks to descale. We don't have very hard water so it usually itsn't a problem but I do it anyways to make the light go away. This stuff works like others I have used before. Not sure if the light has any smarts to it but this makes the light turn off.Since I have no way of knowing how well it is cleaning inside the machine to compare, I decided to measure pH. I had a little of another brand and it measured .74. This brand measured .42 so that does indicate that it is a good bit more acidic which is what does the magic. The bottle says citric acid is the ingredients, which I knew these typically are but I am glad to see it put on the bottle.
