The dose amount is 2 capsules and there are 240 capsules. I bought this brand instead of the usual brand I get because of the value and the amount of mg per dose. It has more mg in most if not all of the vitamins listed compared to my other brand. The other brand is identical as far as it being methylated and also has Vitamin C (esterified). Unfortunately it is not working for me. About 30 minutes after taking a dose, 2 capsules, I felt like I suddenly sunburned, itchy, and nauseous, and a headache. I did not realize it was the vitamin b3 or niacin until the next day. I decided to take my old brand dose and there was no issues. Then the following day I took this brand. The same thing happened. The next day I decided to take 1 capsule after researching and realizing what too much vitamin b3 or niacin can do to a person which is a burning sensation on the skin like a sunburn, itching, headache, nausea, dizziness. I guess I will have to go back to the old brand. The good side is that I know there is vitamin b3 in this brand. lol The other thing is apparently I'm getting enough vitmain b3. Also I see comments about an odor or bad taste. I don't get that. Good product and I wish I could continue with it. I do want to add I had been taking the old brand for about 6 months without any issues like with this brand.

I was looking for a quality B2 supplement in a 400mg/ per capsule dose. I was a bit hesitant to try a different brand than the one I normally buy, so I was happy to discover this B2 capsule works well. Noticed no aftertaste, no odor, easy to swallow, and with 240 capsules in a bottle it is also a good value.
4.0 out of 5 stars Good Brand, But These Gave Me a Very Bad Reaction
I've purchased this brand for various supplements, magnesium, Vitamin D, and several others and have always been happy. Unfortunately, this product gave me an extremely bad reaction. I actually had to call my doctor to see if I needed the ER. Because it happened so quickly after taking these (within an hour) I thought to mention it and my doctor recognized it as a "Niacin Flush" reaction that can occasionally happen. My face, ears, neck, chest, arms and knees were bright red, extremely itchy and it felt like my skin was burning. It was pretty alarming but my doctor assured me that it would pass fairly quickly. In my case it didn't pass very quickly and it ended up taking 6 more hours and I ended up needing antihistamines before it finally wore off.I've taken B Complex vitamins with Niacin every day for decades now and have never had this happen before. I'm not sure if it's the specific form of Niacin this brand uses or the fact that it's a fairly high amount at 100mg. I've checked the labels to some of my past brands and at least one of them had the same amount, but in a different form, others had different amounts. So I'm not sure what happened in this case but it was quite unpleasant.That being said, I contacted the company and they immediately refunded my money and I've had a good experience with their other products and their service in general, so I only knocked one star off. I can't recommend this product, however I do still recommend this brand for other supplements.

This seems great. I replaced a more expensive brand with this Bioactive . More nutrients for less $. SOLD! The fact that it is methylated is a bonus.

I used this for about a month. Normally when you take a Vitamin B Complex your pee will turn like a fluorescent bright color. Not this stuff! I stopped for a week and the weird darker color pee I was having went away! Changed to the brand I normally used and my pee and how I felt was back to normal! What’s funny is just after this I found a YouTube video that test how much of real ingredient is in the companies product and this company was mentioned 3 times for having zero % of the ingredient they were selling in the product! B complex was not tested, but I can only imagine!!
