All plastic build and doesn’t come with a metal bracket like the description says, which is one of the reasons I ordered this one, but whatever. We’ll see how it holds up in the Arizona sun. The hose pulls out pretty well but doesn’t always roll back in correctly and gets stuck, but I think once the hose breaks on a little that will work itself out. It’s a fairly cheap and thin hose that doesn’t seem like it will last too long, but being protected in the roller should give it some life. It seems to have a slow drip where it attaches inside the roller, but I’m hesitant to open it up to tighten it since it’s spring loaded. That also may be an issue when the hose finally does wear out, but I’ll cross that bridge when I come to it.The nozzles are pretty cheap, but that’s expected at this price range and easily swapped out for better ones. But the fact that one comes with a quick release and the other is a screw on one makes no sense and kind of defeats the purpose of the quick release. But again, whatever. I just ordered a 4 pack of brass quick releases for a couple of bucks.All in all it’s decent enough for the price so far. But we’ll see what kind of lifespan it’s got. I’ll update this when it breaks

If you are someone who gardens like me, you NEED this hose. I used to hate dragging a 100 foot hose around my house. The worst part of it all was rolling it back up when I was done. Thank God for this product. I no longer have to roll a hose up anymore. This retractable hose does the dirty work for me. LITERALLY. It comes with a few different hose head options, they all work magnificently. It's so easy to hook up as well. You can either mount it or let it sit on the ground. The mounting part was such a breeze. Definitely a repurchase, if I ever need it!
5.0 out of 5 stars Manufacture stood by their product when it broke.
Recoil mechanism (spring?) broke in 8 months. I kept the hose CLEAN when recoiling back in so it wasn't debris. The internal spring snapped it seems because I could manually pull it back (slowly). Took it down off the fence post I had it on, reached out to Customer service and we went back and forth checking ASIN# from Bolo and some troubleshooting. Guess what earned that 5 star rating? Good customer service. They offered to replace the whole thing and just send me another one. Unfortunately, all three variants of the product were sold out on their website. They offered anything else from their site and I opted for the large Hose cart. Going to take the hose, add some fittings at ends and use it with their mobile cart now =). Works out better for my use too. Thank you Vevor.

I paid $119.04 for this product, it showed up broken, the hose line from spicket to hose was broken off it's plastic connection from the inside, it also burned my hands when holding it while going back in, there is no slow return as described. I returned it and only got $82.17 back, they kept $36.87 of my money. Very unhappy all the way around, do not buy this product!

First, I like the hose reel. It's convenient and oddly satisfying when it retracts. Works as you'd expect. The nozzles are a bit flimsy and will work for a while but I see replacements in my near future. Now, for the down side... the mounting bracket is not good. Plastic wall mount with a plastic pivot rod. Vevor made no mention of this being plastic (or metal in their defense) but the various pictures online and the video attached show a metal bracket. Just be aware, this is likely a failure point especially if mounted in a sunny or exposed area.

Overall very satisfied. I mounted with provided hardware to a 4x4 post. I like that it swivels a bit. I like the look of it as it looks more expensive than its price. Have had no issues with extension or recoil. So far it has exceeded my expectations. Will update if anything changes.

Funciono una sola vez, luego empezó con fuga de agua desde el interior del aparato, después dejo de salir agua, no se puede reparar porque todo es sellado pero con fugas, como es importado de USA, prefiero no perder el tiempo. a la basura.
