We had purchased a different chair from Bolo a few months ago and apparently the way I lean back on the chair made it snap. I'm not a huge dude - 6-feet tall ~200 lbs. So I was hoping to get a new chair that had a higher back (preferably a piece to support my head) so that it could support me better. I also needed it to be versatile, since I use this chair while I'm sitting at my desk working and also when I turn around to my gaming monitor, lean/lay back, and play.The chair went together quite quickly and feels very high quality. The only downside is that the arms, which sit separate from the back of the chair, shift forward, back, and twist sideways about 20 degrees each way). While that's good if you want to quickly adjust where they sit on your elbows (since they're not overtly large - about 8"), it can be a bit annoying when I'm leaning back on the chair as my arms are inadvertently pushing them forwards/sideways so I'm constantly resetting them. It's less of an issue if you're using the chair in a traditional desk setting.Other random things I like:- Lower lumbar support (super important to me - for my chair at work I had to buy one of those pads you wrap around the chair in order to give me that support, but it basically comes as part of this chair)- I like the lighter color which you can't always find in other chair styles- Wheels are very strong and sturdy - easy to roll around even on carpet- Head/neck piece is adjustable

After using this chair for a few weeks, I can confidently say I'm satisfied, especially at the under-$200 price point. Overall, the quality of the parts was good, and assembly was simple (it took about 30 minutes).Pros:- The cushion material has the right texture (though a bit more support would have been nice for prolonged use).- The height and recline adjustments are smooth and function well.- The blade wheels allow for better movement than traditional office chair wheels.- Adjustable neck support is nice.- Armrest material (like firm, smooth rubber/plastic hybrid) and adjustments make it comfortable.Cons:- Could not adjust the lumbar support.- Armrests don't have a locking mechanism for horizontal axis movement.- The seat is relatively flat (not bucket-style), so sliding forward sometimes (minor issue).
