5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing quality at an amazingly low price...
(function() { P.when('cr-A', 'ready').execute(function(A) { if(typeof A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel === 'function') { A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel('review_text_read_more', 'Read more of this review', 'Read less of this review'); } }); })(); .review-text-read-more-expander:focus-visible { outline: 2px solid #2162a1; outline-offset: 2px; border-radius: 5px; } I must say, I was skeptical about the quality of this item after viewing the listed price and it did not bear any markings of a brand that I was familiar with. Nonetheless I ignored my reservations and decided to follow through with the gamble. What a payoff! The benefit greatly outweighed the risk in this instance.Firstly, I received my order on time, properly packaged, in flawless condition and accurately matching its online description. After unpacking, this amplifier was test driven with a pair of AudioSource LS300 speakers and it did not disappoint. Sound quality was clean and crisp, with all its capable frequencies pleasantly audible. Don’t get me wrong, this unit does not rock the house with low frequencies and deafening SPLs but does well filling a small space with amazing quality sound.Despite its small footprint, it hosts the following features: FM receiver, Bluetooth, AUX input, USB and SD card. Not only is it easy to cycle through these features but they all work as intended without any hiccups. This is especially applicable to the FM receiver which delivers clear reception from all frequencies tested. It has been more than four months since acquiring and using this amplifier and I haven’t had any problems or regrets. I would definitely recommend this to anyone interested in acquiring a well built, inexpensive, easily operable and great sounding amplifier.“Well done!” to the manufacturer and to the online retailer for making this product available to us…
5.0 out of 5 stars Packs a lot of punch!
I came across this product several times in my quest to use some really old JBL studio speakers on my patio, and I finally hit the 'Buy Now' button. Wow! All I really wanted was a Bluetooth receiver that included speaker wire inputs. This thing has that and much more. And, while I don't know off the top of my head the wattage of the speakers (it's higher than it is lower), this unit handles them just fine. Everything sounds great! This unit could sell for three times as much and still be worth the money.
4.0 out of 5 stars Small and Compact
The Daakro AK45 Stereo Audio Amplifier is a powerful, affordable, and versatile audio system for people looking to enhance their home audio setup. It offers multiple input options, wireless Bluetooth connectivity, and solid performance for a variety of media sources. While it may not be suited for audiophiles or larger, more complex sound systems, it’s an excellent choice for casual listeners and home theater enthusiasts on a budget.
5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic amp for Yamaha NS10m speakers
My son produces and mixes music, and he has been looking for a good amp for his Yamaha NS10m speakers (if you know, you know). This little amp totally does the job and meets the impedence & power requirements. Highly recommend!
3.0 out of 5 stars Great product for the price...
I bought it to replace an existing stereo amp. The sound quality is great. The price is awesome. But 2 things made me take a star. However, these issues may cause a much lower rating if it was in use in different settings. The 3-star rating is only for my current situation.First, the Bluetooth range is quite short. The unit wouldn't connect well at first. So I moved the Bluetooth adapter to the computer that was closer to the unit. This time, it connected fine. But the sound would stutter. So I moved the card to the computer that was closest to the unit. The Bluetooth connected easily and the sound quality was great without any stutter. In fact, it was better than when I used the previous amp. However, the old unit used to be able to connect to the computer that was farthest away without any issues. Perhaps the Bluetooth antenna makes the difference. The old unit had a Bluetooth antenna whereas this unit didn't. The closest unit is about 15 ft away. 2nd closest unit is about 25 ft away. The farthest one is about 35 ft away. There isn't any obstruction between the computers and the unit. Perhaps this unit's Bluetooth isn't 5.0. The old unit (Bluetooth version 2.0) was able to connect to the same adapter when it was plugged into the farthest unit. I'm keeping it in spite of the problem because it's functioning fine and for $35, it's good enough. The second problem is remote control. No, battery isn't the problem. The power button works fine. But the volume control doesn't work at all and the mode button works intermittently.Again, this isn't a problem for me because I'm using this unit to play music all day in a retail business setting. So I don't need to manipulate volume or change modes. I just turn it on in the morning and turn it off at night. So I'm keeping it as is. However, this would pose a big problem in a lot of different settings. So beware. I'd have returned the unit if I were to use it for personal use. The 3-star rating was given for my current situation.
5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect for its design
I used this to replace a home audio receiver in my shop that was pushing two speakers. It connected quickly and the sound quality was great. The ability to adjust three levels of tone was a bonus, treble, bass, and mid.It was surprisingly small and light which also is a plus in where it can be placed. The only only downside I could find was connecting to Bluetooth and having the volume up causes a loud connection alert through the speakers. I found just turning the volume down when I changed the selector to Bluetooth to connect. My phone solves the problem and then turning it back up and using the volume keys on the phone is easy enough. An improvement would be to start up on the last input selected. It always starts up on line and then you have to adjust.
5.0 out of 5 stars Good deal for the money, good features.
Lot of bang for the buck, really impressed. Only thing missing is use of a playlist for SD/USB, even with folders it see's all songs as one big list.
