    I can’t think of one reason why this company would put out an eye product and not ensure its quality and safety by sealing the bottle. I called their customer service and all they said is that the product had been through rigorous quality inspection. However, there is no way to know if that is truthful since leaving their hands and being sold to Bolo the product could have been tampered with. I personally love this brand and give most of their other products high ratings, but this is reckless because it’s for under eye use. Seal your products Osea!

    I absolutely love this product. It feels great to put on with the roller and is very moisturizing to my eye area. The only issue I'm having is it has always been a little runny and now that the bottle's halfway gone it literally just runs out the top like there's no roller on. I'm not sure if it's defective or not, but it's disappointing because I can't use the roller anymore and the cool roller felt great..... That's that's why I'm giving it a four because of the leaking issue.
