    I bought this to make cinnamon sugar - I prefer this much finer grain than regular sugar. My WF stopped stalking their small-batch caster sugar, anbd the regular grocery store stopped selling G&H Baking Sugar - so getting this here was the next best thing. It’s also great for coffee, of course, as well as for making simple syrup on the stove and for other baking (if I baked - ha!).
