It works! I drink it at night and I can tell a difference in how much faster I can fall asleep. It has a subtle but noticeable calming effect on me and helps me sleep better. The taste is ok and the container could be a little more full for the price I’m paying for it but overall I am seeing results and I like it.

I was super skeptical at first as I kept seeing this item on tik tok. I thought it was just using influencers to post it. However, I fell for it and bought it since I've been stressed out with Law School and the Bar Exam coming up. Let me tell you, it was the best decision ever. I don't know if I have lost weight because of it but I take it at night and sleep amazing. In the morning I am not as hungry as I used to be and feel like I'm in a better mood throughout the next day when I take it at night. So I would try it out and see if it works for you! Also it tastes great and is not gritty at all. It dissolves really well in cold water and tastes like lemonade.

I bought this after seeing a review of it on tiktok from someone saying it helped reduce high cortisol. Now, whether or not this is medically valid, I do not know. However, as an extremely stressed college student, I'm pretty much willing to try anything.I really dislike the taste of this since it is so sickly sweet from the stevia, however, the actual lemonade taste is pretty good. I mix it with lime/lemon seltzer and then squeeze in some fresh citrus to cut the sweetness. It works out.Since drinking this, the eye twitch I had developed from stress has gone away. I've had that stupid twitch for 3 months. I also have been sleeping really soundly. Within 30 mins of drinking this I get so sleepy. I would recommend this for sure. The only reason I took away 1 star is for the price which is insane and the sickly sweetness.

Saw an ad for these and decided to try it, why not. I’m glad I did!The ingredients seem beneficial, it’s easy to use and I prefer drinking the supplement rather than swallowing a pill. It’s really quick easy to mix in, texture isn’t an issue, and the taste isn’t bad at all! I was worried I wouldn’t notice a difference, but that wasn’t the case for me! Just need to be consistent. I do feel like I have more energy and a bit more relaxed as opposed to when I don’t take it. No side effects that I noticed either!It is a bit overpriced, but I’m glad I took a chance and tried the super calm, will definitely continue being a customer!

Okay I usually dont call anything a magic pill or a hack BUT this is game changing for my sleep with no side effects that sedatives have. I have been having the best sleep I have had since I was a kid (I am 33). The boost in positive mood and good taste is also the cherry on top. So mad I havent found this earlier!!!

Buying the ingredients by themselves is cheaper and much more economical, nevertheless this drink is convenient and refreshing. Supercalm uses magnesium glycinate which is a great plus in contrast to cheaper forms such as citrate. Not really sure why they chose to use 400mg of l-theanine as 1 to 2 hundred mgs is typically the recommended dose. I’d prefer if they’d used a formula that included 600mg of KSM-66, which is the updated recommended dose whereas 300 used to be typical. Essentially 200mg of l-theanine and 600mg of KSM-66 would have been a superior formula. Inclusions of Coconut powder and taurine for purposes of hydration would have made Supercalm a phenomenal supplement truly worth every penny.Essentially this is a solid product. I actually purchased this as a gift for my sister who had been experiencing anxiety. He conveyed (anecdotally) that Supercalm help alleviate her symptoms.

From moist of the reviews I’ve read, people are taking this before best to rest well. As for me, I have been adding this to my water in the afternoon with my lunch and for the past week I’ve seen myself more relaxed, better focus and much better sleep at night.I wake up early without feeling i need more rest. I’m ready to start my day. I’ve also been less bloated and less cravings for sweet foods.I definitely subscribed monthly now that my husband has had his hand in my order. I have also noticed with him that he sleeps better at night.
