These are fantastic noodles. They cook in six minutes and never stick together. I tried a few packages first. I loved them so I ordered the ten pack. Sometimes I use veggies and an Asian sauce, and sometimes I use veggies with an Italian style sauce they’re very versatile.

I have a group of medical medium friends that recommended these noodles but a handful of them warned me that they had a horrible stomach ache after eating them. I was one of the unlucky ones and felt nauseous and in pain for hours after eating these. Bummed too because they don’t accept returns.

Advertise saying no sugar, gluten free but not showing nutritional information.They have lots of carbs per serving.No good for diabetic, or any keto diet.Expensive with no choice of return.
