As I’ve been becoming more health aware and changing my diet, I noticed that I’m bloated… ALOT. What I was eating didn’t have a lot of fiber, and most of what Americans eat on a daily does not include fiber. This leaves us with high cortisol levels, bloating, digestion issues etc.I started with the recommended 2 a day but at the same time because of my schedule and I may forget. For the first week I dealt with constant growing and constant stomach aches, but would feel great afterwards. Went off of them for a few days to experiment and my energy levels seemed to deplete faster while being bloating again. I would then take 1 at day and 1 at night, which helped but my body still didn’t feel like is should. So now I take 2 at night before bed and with this I feel amazing. I eat less, less bloated, able to function all day and seems some brain fog left. Digestion is great, gassy at times which is normal, and I’m passing stool normally and almost an hour after each meal… which is how it should be medically.These taste amazing, cheap, and can just pop two of them and go about my day. This makes the regimen easy to make a habit out of. Will definitely continue to eat these.

My teenagers and I love these. They really work. My teenagers are very picky eaters, they get 0 fiber in their diets which is not good. They have struggled with constipation until these gummies which has helped them become regular. They taste very good, just wish they were softer.

Wanted to add more fiber to my diet but also not just take a pill every day. These watermelon vitamin vitamins was a great solution and even added also candy to my daily routine. But more chewy than I had expected but the flavor is way better than chalky pills that leave a bad taste in your mouth. I’ve only been taking them for about a week but plan on continuing them and ordering more as well. Happy with my purchase. If you’re thinking about purchasing it you should diff give it a try

I got these for myself and my wholefamily started taking them. We have to take two, per instructions-but they taste great better than any other fiber supplement I've ever used. They are gummy's, a bit chewy but pretty standard for the vitamin/supplement gummy. The price is comparable for fiber market also.

I will say they do taste like candy, but mine arrived pretty hard, so they were kind of like gummy jerky. Wasn't a deal breaker.I didn't notice a difference using these. I used the whole container. 2 a day. I do not think they helped with regularity, so if that's your goal, I'd probably try a different brand. I won't be buying again.
