5.0 out of 5 stars Very comfortable
A very confortable folding guest bed. Folds up with ease and has cover. Easy to assemble. It said you need 2 people to put it together. I did it all myself. The folded bed rolls on wheels, easy to move around.
5.0 out of 5 stars Worth the money
It was easy to put together and seems very sturdy, great option for guests rather than an air mattress or couch. Perfect for kids and adults that aren’t too heavy. The mattress is comfortable however only 4” so the heavier the person the less comfortable it would be. Folds up easily and stores away nicely.
5.0 out of 5 stars Easy assembly and sturdy
To save space I got this with an 18” high metal bed frame also from Bolo, this slides right under and pulls out easy. The mattress is comfortable and visitors have no complaints!
4.0 out of 5 stars Great little bed
It’s easy to put together, sturdy (I’m about 190 lbs and bed is sturdy), very comfortable, rolls away and is compact, comes with tools and cover for storage. Good value in my opinion. I took off one star because the mattress is a little thin but nothing a thick blanket can’t solve.
5.0 out of 5 stars Nice hide-a-way bed in a pinch!
Easy to assemble except for the pipes to slide together, had to use a hammer slightly (light tap), on the round part to align the 2 parts, and it worked. I followed the easy instructions. I slept on this bed for 2 months. Only issue was the mattress was just a little to thin, approximately 2 inches. I could feel the support underneath. I added a 2 inch yoga mat between the mattress and support bars. BUT I'm 230lbs. And disabled. It was easy to get in and out, I'm 5'6". When my bed arrived, I believe I slept better in the roll-away bed
1.0 out of 5 stars Uncomfortable
I sure wish I would’ve sent this bed back. I had to spend an extra $125 to get an extra 4 inch memory foam topper to help this bed even be comfortable enough for a weekend guest. It was easy to assemble and it looks great. It took the mattress that came with the bed close to four days to reach near 3 to 4 inches. The mattress is very hard and then having a metal base, my poor guest ended up going out to the living room to sleep on the couch. So as you can tell, I am not a happy camper.
3.0 out of 5 stars The mattress is VERY THIN
When it comes to folding beds, convenience and comfort should ideally go hand in hand. Unfortunately, the folding bed I recently purchased, boasting the promise of portability and space-saving design, has left me rather underwhelmed. While the overall construction and folding mechanism are commendable, the one aspect that truly matters – the mattress – falls drastically short of expectations. The first thing that struck me upon unpacking the folding bed was its compact size and ease of setup. The frame unfolded effortlessly, and the locking mechanism felt secure. However, my initial enthusiasm waned when I took a closer look at the mattress. To put it bluntly, it's shockingly thin. In the pursuit of making the bed easily foldable, it seems they sacrificed the thickness and, consequently, the comfort of the mattress.Sleeping on this bed has been a mixed experience at best. The lack of adequate cushioning from the thin mattress becomes apparent the moment you lie down. It feels as though you're almost directly on the frame, with minimal padding to cushion pressure points. This is especially problematic for those who might have back issues or need proper support for a good night's sleep.I must also mention the issue of insulation. The thin mattress doesn't provide much of a barrier between your body and the frame, and this can lead to an uncomfortable temperature exchange. I found myself feeling colder during the night due to the lack of insulation from the ground.Furthermore, the mattress's lack of plushness affects the overall relaxation and coziness that one seeks in a folding bed. Whether it's for guests or for personal use in smaller living spaces, a bed should offer comfort beyond just a functional sleeping surface. On the positive side, the bed's foldability and ease of storage are indeed impressive. It's perfect for those tight on space or for unexpected guests. The frame feels sturdy, and the locking mechanism inspires confidence in its durability. In conclusion, while the folding bed excels in terms of convenience and space-saving design, the mattress's thinness is a major drawback that cannot be overlooked. Given that sleep quality and comfort are paramount in any bedding product, the unsatisfactorily thin mattress severely hampers the overall experience. If you value your sleep and comfort, I would advise considering other options on the market that prioritize both convenience and mattress quality.
5.0 out of 5 stars Easy & comfortable
I bought this for my 8 year old granddaughter who stays with us for the summer and holidays. We didn't want to buy a twin bed because she is not here all the time but after a couple of nights on this bed, she said it was very comfortable as she slept like a baby. Would recommend it highly as it folds comes with a cover and can be stored anywhere including the closet.
