Light weight, color a little bit darker than the photo adv, turns smoothly, but the depth of the slots doesn't allow pens to stand. Not deep enough 2" 1/2. Pen and pencils are an average of 5" 1/2 - 6" long, they kind of hanging unless the slots are full packed of pens. Overall happy with the purchase.
