Bought this hot plate for my outside kitchen when we go camping. It works great and is built very well. You have to be careful because it gets hot very quick. Love it no issues.

Our stove/oven died recently and I decided until we can buy a new one that a double burner hot plate just might suit our needs. I am so glad I bought this for my kitchen. The burners could be spaced further apart as others have mentioned but I am able to use my large skillet and a small pot/skillet at the same time. I have no problem boiling water and frying foods. The temperature setting gets plenty hot for me. I do a lot of from scratch cooking. I am a bit clumsy and uncoordinated so I have to be careful because it’s easy to knock your pot/pan off these burners. Also if the bottom of your pots/pans are warped in any way and not flat on the bottom you will have issues keeping them on these burners, in my opinion. So just be aware of that. This product is very easy to keep clean and is lightweight. Making it very easy to move.I place mine on a heat resistant mat while in use just for safety because the entire thing does get hot. Highly recommend you do the same.

When I cook some things I need an extra burner cause I have a small kitchen. It’s not heavy and it’s easy to use and it doesn’t smoke or smell. It’s also good for making espresso with my mocha pot when the stove is full. Excellent product. Also good for camping or with a RV.

I have to say I am disappointed with the amount of heat this gives off. I am remodeling my kitchen and needed a burner to cook meat, eggs and such until I can get my stove up and running again. It takes forever to cook meat on this burner. I have a smaller coil burner that works much better than this one. I would not recommend it, if you are going to use it to cook food.

I live in an apartment and they refuse to fix my stove which has never worked, so instead of fighting for a new one I just bought this. I'm so glad I did! I cook burgers, eggs, everything. It's wonderful and super compact and easy to clean

I like that this has the ceramic plate, it's easier to clean and looks nicer.This heats up well enough to fry eggs and boil water. Some of these reviews talked about how long it takes to boil water, I didn't time it, but it seemed reasonable when I was making Mac n cheese and our hotel room. Perhaps the key is to boil water with the lid on? I took the advice of other reviewers and turned it on outside to burn off the manufacturing residue. Even after doing that the first time I use it at full power inside I could smell a little bit, not too bad, though.The one thing I don't like about this unit is how hot the housing and surrounding area gets. It's almost too hot to touch in case you want to move it after you turn it off, and be very careful of the silver bolt that pokes through to the bottom, even after the housing is cool enough to pick up, that bolt was shockingly hot and I dropped the burner under the counter.It's a nice, inexpensive little burner, perfect for travel or a temporary life situation. Just respect the cooldown time, and maybe even cook on top of a heat safe cutting board, and this little guy should serve you well.

This double hot plate was purchased for travelling. It looks and works great. Very compact and super easy to clean.
Great product
I purchased it to do fondue. I don't like using the fluid. It heats well and it's quit compact. If you have a camper or rent a room it would be ideal. Quality price is good.

Después de 4 días de haber publicado mi reseña con buenas referencias, dejó de funcionar, ya no calienta, solo enciende el foquito rojo, qué lástima!
Arrived 17th Dec - stopped working on 11th Feb
We have been using this item for 6 weeks when it just stopped heating up. The red light remains on so it is not the fuse that has blown. At the moment, I don't seem to be able to contact the seller for a replacement or a refund as this item is not fit for purpose. I will update if I am able to resolve this issue.
