It does have a bulky plug, and the unit is bigger than most. That being said, it has a lot of features. Daytime and night-time picture quality is as good as my major name brand expensive cams I have. I'm happy to have bought it, I would buy it for a family member.

3.0 out of 5 stars The Tiny Multi-Page Instructions Do Not Represent What the Doorbell Response Actually Is
One starts in on some part of the setup, like manual, and immediately the instructions show a different response than what the doorbell response is. Attempting to set up the camera manually results is options on the phone that differ from what the tiny print manual says. Also, even the most elementary parts of the doorbell are not shown in the instructions. Nowhere is there a statement as to where the reset button is. One has to discover it for oneself. And the seller does not answer technical questions via the emails shown on their website nor do they answer questions posed in the text box online.

This is a nice system if you either have the right wiring in place or can run new four conductor wiring to the doorbell location. Once the wiring is done, it is easy to operate and works well. The chime sound is very nice, and the video quality on the included 7 inch touchscreen monitor is very good. The camera includes night vision, and the two-way audio communication also works well.I like that the system connects to my WiFi, so I can also use the mobile device app to view and talk to who is at the door which works decently but can be a bit glitchy. I also like that there is a 32GB memory card included to record all the activity, so it is not necessary to subscribe to a monthly service fee. Overall, it is a good system that was somewhat difficult to install since it is hard-wired. It is definitely good but not perfect, so I am rating it at four stars.

I have a really tight schedule with work. And I’m not home all the time, my packages had been lost for couple times and I’m so upset about the security around. This thing gives me so much flexibility with home safety! Definitely a great buy!

Originally I had assigned 5 stars, but now that it rained the doorbell triggers itself and the picture appears blurred. As I am an electronic technician I could disassemble it and found that water got into the circuit. Hence it is not waterproof. I could not return it because the doorbell was brought to Argentina.I could seal it waterproof and now it came back to work again with the same video definition.I have attached two pictures to show the definition before and after the rain.The App works fine.
