5.0 out of 5 stars Great product for the money
Very sturdy easy to put together love the products for the price that I paid would definitely buy another one.
1.0 out of 5 stars Bought 2 at once . Both bad
Both engine stands have an out of square weldment for the legs on the rear support beam and this results in one wheel being about 1" off the floor on one stand and 1/2" on the other no matter how the bolts are tightened , One was FULL of metal shavings on one leg so blow them out first because the manufacturer did not . ( dont assemble on a floor you care about ) The lock pin hole for the head assembly on one is out of position so the head does not sit level . Hardware is a cheap as you can find. Recommend better quality bolts, nuts and washersWaste of two hours assembling and then trying to fix then dealing with customer support. The cost is not worth the time trying to return them. I expected them to be square and the legs parallel even at there low cost . Ill either have to cut and re weld them or return them and wait for different ones
5.0 out of 5 stars Very well built.
This is the most heavy duty/solid stand for the money. A+ recommend
3.0 out of 5 stars Nice stand but poor packaging destroys the coating
The stand is solid with all the hardware. Flat washers are super thin. The issue with both stands I purchased is 1. The way they’re packaged destroys the painted finish, 2. Some of the pieces aren’t fully painted, and 3. Some of the pieces are badly orange peeled and have dirt in the paint. I give the stand a 5/5 but the paint 1/5.
4.0 out of 5 stars Will hold 6.6l Diesel
I was skeptical at first, but it holds a Duramax long block just fine. It truly doesn't flex that bad at all. The weak point is definitely the legs where they decided it was a good idea to make the L bracket go under, instead of over the legs and then run a single bolt thru it to hold all the leveraged weight of the engine. But it works. I'll put a few welds on it and I'm confident it would hold 1500+lbs after a few spot welds. But at 1000 lbs, it does fine.
5.0 out of 5 stars Good
Good service
5.0 out of 5 stars Well built engine stand for outboard
Arrived quickly, easy to assemble, used this for a 90 hp Yamaha 2stroke outboard. 300#+/-. Bolted up easy, rolls around good, has brake locks on 2 wheels. Plenty of height to lower motor and run.For under a $100, a good buy, more stable than the “t” models, less than some used stands.
1.0 out of 5 stars Low paint quality, and porosity on welds bad
The mounting arms have exposed joints and welds that overflow to the side making it easy to break loose.Head assembly has a weld off the track showing that exposed the joint. The painting on front legs is scratched out.Lots of porosity on welds on the rear support bracket.End covers are all smashed down and seriously damaged to the point they can no longer fit in the front legOverall the quality of beads can barely hold 700lbs
!! THIS WILL NOT BOLT UP TO A CHEVY 350 !!
Don’t waste your hard earned $$ unfortunately I did now I am back to square one looking for another stand or modifying this one . What a shame . Good luck with your search ! Cheers 🇨🇦
