**EDIT**** I contacted customer support and they offered me a full refund within 48 hours. Great product just check for fit and finish upon arrival. **Ashtray is great, functional and good weight to it. Good overall size in general. However mine did not arrive appearing in a new condition. It appears slightly used before, returned and repackaged or it was used as a display model. Stress marks on the stainless still ashtray part, on the wooden box itself and there was a small chip on the sliding drawer once opened. Overall it just looked slightly used. Does not appear new at all.

I bought this as a Christmas gift and they loved it. The only issue is the drawer seems to be uneven and gets stuck. We’ll probably sand it down to make it glide easier but overall good product.
