5.0 out of 5 stars Super simple and effective
Simply put, these work exactly as they should. Comes with the hole bit to attach to our drill and the pieces slide right into place. Just be careful when drilling because your obviously drilling in a location where there is electrical. Love the outcome. No dangling cords anywhere and they look nice.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great option that's far cheaper than competitors
Nice and simple and priced reasonably.Other options are so expensive. This one actually provides good value for the money. The Included drill bit it good quality and does the job well
5.0 out of 5 stars Easy to use. Great product
I needed something to “hide” my cords - I this product did just that.I bought two - one for my bedroom and one for my office. My husband thought I’d lost my mind when I quietly borrowed his drill and started drilling a hole in the wall… and, after consoling and woman-splaining the need to hide the cords, he was on board - and left the room so I could finish the task.Looks great. Very easy to install. One use was to access a plug on the other side of the wall. The other was to drop the cords down the wall and feed them back through. Both worked perfectly.
4.0 out of 5 stars Worked great. Scary, but very easy.
Scary to use but very easy. Worked great. Hidden wires!
5.0 out of 5 stars Very nice
Very cool that it comes with the whole saw and adapter. Perfect fit and easy to install. The silicone material is easy to install and closes nicely around the cables.
5.0 out of 5 stars Nice and reasonably priced
This simple TV cord hiding system is easy to install and elegant. It doesn’t offer more advanced features to extend power outlets or provide in-wall wiring conduits, but if all you need is a simple hole with a nice cover to position behind a wall mounted TV with an exit hole/cover down closer to the floor, than this is probably a good solution for you. It includes the rubber hole covers, which are well designed and stay in place without clips or fasteners, and a good quality hole drilling bit (perfectly sized for the hole cover, obviously). Some tips: You will need a drill and a good stud finder, since the holes need to be between wall studs (and you will want to avoid accidentally drilling into a water pipe or electrical wires). Also, the drill bit is designed for dry wall (maybe even with a thin wood paneling), ideally 3/4” thick, but not more than 1” total thickness. It is best that the interior of the wall does not have insulation in it, if it does it will be difficult or impossible to snake the power cord and other cords thru the wall cavity. It is best if there is a piece of furniture under the TV, since this will hide the cable hole closer to the floor. If the TV power cord is not long enough consider snaking a good quality extension cord thru instead of the TV power cord (probably not to code in most places, but neither is a TV power cord).
5.0 out of 5 stars Kinda nice assembly
I used these to hide some wires in the wall behind the TV. I used a stud finder and located the wall plugs to avoid drilling into wood or wiring. The silicone plugs used are friction fit and can pull out if you tug on the wires but that really is not a problem. I just threaded the wires through the plugs and inserted them into the wall hole after all was set. It was nice that these came with a hole saw and it drills the perfect fit hole for the plugs.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great Buy
Needed this to hide new television wires. Son-n-law did the work and said duper easy, not messy at all and was virtually an easy task.price is excellent.
