I love that it's sugar-free and easily mixes with regular water to replenish essential electrolytes. It's a lightweight, convenient way to stay hydrated and energized.I really like the size, it fits well right in the top of my hiking bag without adding weight or trash from electrolyte packets.

This works way better than I expected and I feel much more hydrated after using. I also love that it’s compact and I can take it with me anytime I travel. I am a Personal Trainer so very particular with supplements and find this to be a nice compliment to my regiment after cardio or intense workouts

I use this for running, cycling and hiking. It's one supplement that's ok to add to the water reservoir on a hydration pack, since it has no sweetener or flavoring. It just modifies the mineral content of water to make it replace minerals lost in sweat. It does affect the taste of the treated water, just like natural mineral water tastes different depending on mineral content. It adds sodium, potassium, magnesium and chloride. This can help to prevent muscle cramps, and can also prevent hyopnatremia, which can be deadly. I recommend it as a runner, cyclist and hiker, and also as a sports EMT.

A great way to get electrolytes in. I drink enough water but want to replenish the salt I lose in other drinks. I cannot put in water because of the taste but any flavored drink covers up the taste for me. I use to also help with my dizziness and dysautonomia. Great value for the money and lasts quite a long time. Still haven’t finished my first bottle yet and bought months ago now

It works but has a lingering after taste
Wanted a product which worked without any artificial sweeteners. This works but it leave an after taste (not so pleasant) which lasted for me nearly 12 hours.
