Firstly; they send you a decent screwdriver to install the handle! This screwdriver is almost better than what you find in most stores. Enough about the add-ons... The handle; it feels solid, and a texture that is rubbery feeling but not rough. It's very smooth and easy to handle(Excuse the pun), which will make it very easy to clean. When I unboxed it, my first thought was "wow, this thing is light!". The pan surface has that grainy/stone finish and feel to it, which would make you think every bit of cooked food will stick in each molecule of open pore. So, I did the water test. It immediately beaded up and rolled around the pan like rain-x treatment on your windshield. Which resists sticking and being slowed down from texture.When you cook on these kinds of pans; do not put them on high heat! Follow the directions and do not put under cold water when it's still hot, don't use a scrubbing pad or metal utensils. Treat it like a cast iron pan, wipe it clean with a damp towel and dab of dish soap. Rinse and give the cook side a very light wipe down with olive oil & store it covered.I wanted a good egg omelette pan and for pancakes, this should cook very well with a nice distribution of heat being aluminum. The crepe pan from Sensarte will be next on my purchase list.I'll update after a few times of cooking.

I needed a small frying pan and decided I’d try the 8 inch sensarte. Never had even heard of the brand but it looked like something I would like. This was the first skillet that I had to put together. The handle and screw are separate from the pan. EZPZ putting it together. The company even provides you with a full size screwdriver! So I have been using this 8 inch almost every day for probably 8 months or so. It has held up just great. Non stick. So I decided I needed another one , only larger. I recently purchased a 10 inch pan. Now I not only have two skillets that I love, but I also have two new screwdrivers (cross head). If you’ve never tried this brand of pans, do yourself a favor and just try one pan. I’m sure you will love it, or at least like it.

I make eggs just about every morning and I had been using a Teflon nonstick but was getting concerned about the chemicals that might be in that substance coming out everyday in my eggs. The look, weight, feel, and performance are great. I hand wash it everyday after use so I haven’t tried the dish washer. But how quick and easy it is to hand wash it probably won’t try. At first I was taken back by the fact that the handle was not attached to the pan when it arrives and they give you a screwdriver to do it yourself. But afterward I was happy now that I know how easy it comes apart if you needed to for cleaning or anything. I throw just a little butter in the pan before my eggs and nothing has ever stuck.

I have the larger size of this SENSARTE pan and love it but its heavy and bulky when I want to sear a steak or two. Well, this is just the right size, sears well and washes up great. It was easy to put together. They include a screwdriver and clear, short directions. Easy-peasy. Great product, great packaging, thoughtfully put together.I don't believe in buying the pans that cost hundreds of dollars that may be perfect. Why pay for perfect when-enough is quite good-enough. I believe in this company.

I was skeptical with this purchase because I thought the other reviews weren't accurate.But it's good as they say it is. Great buy and value for the money.The package comes with a heavy duty screw driver for assembling the handle which takes 5 minutes or less. The size I got didn't come with a lid.So far this frying pan hasn't disappoint.I was sold when my cheese omelet slid right out the pan, NO STICKING. Easy to cook with.The pan is very easy to clean as all foods slide out, and if there is anything that is a bit stubborn I used Ajax and a sponge, and it wiped it out. The white color so far hasn't stained as nothing I cooked sticked to the pan.

Talk about glide! This is the most non-stick surface ever, the pan is a good solid weight yet not too heavy, the handle is wood and ample enough for a good comfortable grip. Ordering another larger one today. (even the screwdriver it came with is a real keeper!!)

I wanted a pan that I could make crepes, fry tortillas, and make omelets in that would just nicely let the food slip out of the pan, or fry eggs that wouldn't stick. I have found one. This 9.5" fry pan is awesome. I made a 4-egg omelet this morning and it was beautiful. It has been consumed, or I would have taken a picture. Maybe next time.When it arrived, I had to put the handle on the pan. Instead of some cheapy tool that is useless except for whatever it was included with, this company sends you a DeWalt quality Phillips screw driver to put in one screw - and it has a lock washer to hold it in place.The price was reasonable and even marked down for one of the two pans I ordered.I followed the directions for care, hand washing and drying and putting a bit of oil in when cooking, as well as cooking on a lower heat setting to protect the non-stick coating.Impressive. Also, these pans are heavy and well made and have the convection cooking surface on the bottom. I am impressed and will buy these again in the future for our RV...Highly recommend if you like your food to slide right out of the pan, easy to wash and care for and made from quality materials. We'll see how they look 1 year from now.

Great skillet for cooking eggs. They do not stick. Neither does the cheese that melts into the omelet. The handle is made of wood so it will not get hot. It is really a work of art. The skillet and handle come in separate pieces that you have to assemble. This is not a problem because they include a screwdriver!

The description of the product is misleading, it's an aluminium pan with ceramic coating which will go away in 6 months of daily use. Not worth the price.
