I have no refrigeration. In the Arizona desert. Keeping limes fresh is hard. This product is perfect and delicious. I have used it in tea, fruit salad, sprinkled on fish. Perfect.

I love this lemon powder and I planned to use it for a lemon lavender shortbread cookie recipe. I wanted to try my Mom's lemon lavender shortbread recipe as a gluten-free, sugar alternative, healthier recipe, which would have worked out well, and I was going to do a lemon honey glaze over the top of the shortbread cookies/biscuits, but I will have to do that later when I am feeling better because, for the first time attempting this recipe, I used way too much of this lemon powder. Therefore, I am saving the crumbs and what I made of the shortbread recipe as crumbles in the freezer to use for later for other items to bake or cook since there is no need to waste anything, and what was made will work for other things. This lemon powder really packs a seriously strong lemon punch, so I will have to adjust the recipe, which is fine because it just means using less than what I would normally use for this particular recipe. This lemon powder is great not just for baking, but a very small amount in hot water with honey or a bit of allulose sugar alternative, and just one dash of cyanine pepper or something a little spicey for tea can help immensely with a cold or flu. I ended up with a flu bug, and so did my son, James, so mixing this lemon powder with some hot water in a teacup really helps, I have also used it with a cinnamon tea blend. There are so many uses for this, and what I bought in one package has lasted quite a long time. I have used it a bit in hot cereal and other things requiring lemon. I am buying more soon to keep in stock on my pantry shelves. I will probably use the rest of the bag I have for my homemade teas to get over this flu until more arrives. Thank you for having this in stock, and I hope you keep it in stock so I can buy it many more times because it has helped me immensely.

Price was a tad high. However. The extra boost of lemon flavor it adds is phenomenal. I made Lemon Chicken with it. The lemon sauce was really enhanced by this product. Glad I purchased it.

The label calls for one teaspoon per one cup. I sent the company a note on Bolo regarding my suggestion to add more directions. For example, use X amount to make one quart, etc. They responded advising me to use to teaspoons for 2 quarts?? I wrote back with no response thus far.The lemon powder is fairly strong, and I love that it's organic. It tastes decent, but not worth around $12-$15 for 7.06 ounces of powder.
