5.0 out of 5 stars Works Well
I take this before bed, with Vitamin D, and it keeps leg cramps at bay. Also helps me sleep better and longer (maybe because my legs aren't restless and cramping? lol). Will consider buying again when I need more.

5.0 out of 5 stars This is a great way to get your Magnesium Requirement
I’ve bought the Bulk Supplements several times now, and use it every night. It helps me go to sleep. This is a great price for the quality and there are so many pills in the bottle. A lot of people are deficient in magnesium and this is a great way to supplement. The pills are quite large so I like to take them one at a time.

It helps with my sleep
1.0 out of 5 stars Not Glycinate
This product is called Magnesium Glycinate but when you dive into the details on the back, you'll find that it contains an unknown amount of the cheaper and likely what you're trying to avoid, Magnesium Oxide. I was really disappointed to see this and as a long-time Bulk Supplements buyer, I'll be looking elsewhere for my supplements. My recommendation is to avoid this product and Bulk Supplements.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great Product
I take magnesium, as well as other supplements, due to leg cramps. This supplement seems to be the most effective one I've bought. The only drawback is it requires three capsules per dose. Of course, I will continue to purchase this.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great Transparent Company
I appreciated the response when I wanted to know after purchasing this supplement, how much magnesium glycinate is in this product? The back label stated that it has both magnesium glycinate and magnesium oxide. So I emailed a support ticket, and received this answer.Hello,Thank you for contacting us at BulkSupplements. We can confirm that the ratio of Magnesium Glycinate to Magnesium Oxide in this product is as follows:86% Magnesium Glycinate14% Magnesium OxidePlease note: The Magnesium Oxide in this product is the "Unreacted" Magnesium Oxide that was left over when the Magnesium Glycinate was synthesized.Let us know if you have any questions or concerns.Sincerely,Theresa L.Customer Service RepresentativeI use some of their other supplements, and the prices are always very competitive and quality is high.*****
5.0 out of 5 stars Updated - Ingredient Change!!!!
Update 8/1/24 - The top review has information from the company at the "oxide" is what is remaining after making the glycinate. I wish they would give this information in the listing - but after reading the company's response, changing it back to 5 starts as they seem very transparent.Update 5/17/24 - We have ordered this many times, as several family members regularly take this. They have now added Magnesium Oxide. I didn't realize it until I saw a reviewer state this, along with pointing out there is no indication of how much oxide vs glycinate is included in the capsule - and is important for those who need glycinate. The original bottles ordered and reviewed below did NOT have this ingredient. Personally, I'd rather they increase the cost of the bottle and keep everything simple and as it originally was when we first purchased. The company has changed the list without noting it. This is disappointing. Changing from 5 star to 2 star.Original Review: We have been making our own capsules with Bulk Supplements magnesium to stay away from all the additional "stuff" added to capsules. We were very excited to find they are now making the capsules with only the necessary ingredients (a "clean" capsule & magnesium). They are easy to take, just recommend plenty of water after taking them. I try to take about 30-60 minutes before bedtime. Highly recommend these!
Must be good, but no chance to experience: no delivery.
A lot of suppliers deliver magnesiumglycinate which contain more elementary magnesium than is possible:Magnesium (bis) glycinate contains 14.1 % of elementary magnesium. Often they add magnesiumoxide but does not mention that on the label. Magnesiumoxide can be irritable for your intestines. And don't be tempted to buy magnesiumcitrate, it disrupts some blood functions (ceruloplasmin). Bulk Supplements magnesium contains the right amount, but ordered in Europe it will not be delivered. I have advised 3 clients to order it and they never received it.
