5.0 out of 5 stars Love them—they still work great after leaving them out in the rain!

    M. · August 31, 2024

I use these all day, every day for work. I love that they can bite connected to my laptop and my phone at the same time so I can easily switch between online nettings and phone callsI can even wear them outside while doing yard work and the person I’m talking to has no idea I’m not sitting at my desk in my home office. I accidentally left them sitting outside one day just before a huge rainstorm hit. I went out and grabbed them as soon as the rain stopped, wiped them off with a towel, and they were completely fine.

4.0 out of 5 stars No USB dongle - make sure your laptop/PC supports bluetooth

    A.C. · July 20, 2023

The headset is fine, works great with Teams and Zoom on macOS. The passive noise canceling (PNC) isn't that good - I had a vacuum cleaner in the background and could definitely hear it - though maybe PNC is more for the mic? But you have to pay $200 more for active noise canceling so not a big deal to me.I do like the fact that you can control the red LED recording light indicator manually - you can make it flash, or turn it off turning a recording session - you can't do that with the Jabra headset so if you are on teams, and you don't want the Terminator Red laser look, it can be switched off.Just a heads up: It does NOT come with a Bluetooth dongle like Jabra headsets. It only comes with a female USB-C to male USB-A adapter for the charging cable - so you'll have to buy your own USB BT dongle if your laptop is super old, or you have a desktop PC that doesn't come with BT.

    Great performance for price.

3.0 out of 5 stars Beautiful sound! Easy connectivity! Terrible physical design.

    P. · September 17, 2024

So these DEFINITELY sound the best out of the 6 under 100$ headsets that I tried. Not even close, these are so much better they're not even in the same ballpark as the others. Feels nice in the hand, comfortable on your head (although a little heavier than others). Paired the quickest that I tried as well. And they come with a case, which the others did not.Unfortunately, the actual physical design and layout killed these for me. Because the microphone is on one side and the controls are on the other, there is no way to lay on your side while using them. The microphone boom itself isn't flexible either, so I fear for it's longevity. There's no indication light for the mute function either, which means it's hard for others to tell if you're "on air". These add up to make them just not worth it for me, regardless of the nice sound. That being said, if sound quality is the most important feature for you, these are definitely a good pick. But because I'm going to be using these mostly for teams meetings around the house, this headset just didn't make the grade for me.

1.0 out of 5 stars NO USB RECEIVER

    E.M. · July 15, 2023

I was unable to use this headset for work, since my work desktop does not have Bluetooth capability. I would only be able to use it with a USB Bluetooth Receiver. I contacted Kensington directly and a receiver is NOT available.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great headset for work

    P.a.C.H. · April 6, 2023

I tried Bose QC40, Microsoft Surface, Razer Barracuda X, Plantronics Voyage 8200 UC (Poly), and all were sent back. I tried this one despite no online reviews pretty much anywhere, but the specs looked good.I use this for work all day at home.Pros:Comfortable, with fabric surface on earcup. Earcups just big enough for me. I have a big head. Bar over the head is well padded.Sound is great on Teams and Webex calls, and people can hear me just fine. There is some noise suppression, but my office is pretty quiet.Headset can connect to up to 8 devices, including 2 simultaneously. If I am listening on one device and a call comes in or I join a Teams call, the sound automatically flips to Teams.Boom microphone that can be used on either side. Flip it up to mute the microphone.Voice announcements for connection, power on or off, mute reduce volume of ongoing call, but does not completely obliterate other audio so you do not miss the conversation.Hard buttons for power and pairing.Buttons for music track skipping etc - I do not use this.Buttons on earcup for volume.USB-C charging. Can continue to use the headset while charging. In Windows 11, bluetooth devices shows the headset power level.I left the headset turned on for 3 days, using several hours per day, without charging and it still had 40% charge.Fold flat for transport in hard shell included case.Cons:A few times, when not wearing the headset, I have heard its voice saying disconnected, but it reconnects a few seconds later. I suspect this is my other computer, and not the headset. The included case might be a bit big to fit well in a laptop bag.No ability to use a 3.5mm hard wire connection.Overall, this is a great success.

2.0 out of 5 stars Too many issues to recommend

    j.c. · July 24, 2024

The battery life is good and the audio quality is decent. However, I have had 2 major issues with these:The microphone won't connect with Windows 10, Windows 11 works fine, but my work PC is Windows 10. Second, these headphones frequently drop connection and have difficulty reconnecting, making them unusable for my work calls.

3.0 out of 5 stars Speakers work well, Microphone not so much

    J.E. · July 22, 2024

My headphones and mic worked for about three weeks and then the microphone just stopped connecting or being visible to Windows. I now just have an overpriced set of headphones.

    Zu klein und schlechte Mikrofonqualität

    S. · August 19, 2024

Ideali per lavorare in ambienti rumorosi come i call center

    S. · March 8, 2024
