This is my first chromebook after always having laptops, and OMG do I love it! I use it for doing telehealth work with patients, and it's SO MUCH faster and reliable than when I was using my laptop. No lags or watching the little circle spin around when I start it or shut it down, and the second I click on an app it opens and is ready to go. I have the touchscreen, but I also use my wireless mouse for some things. When it notifies me of an update it says it may take a few minutes, but it's never taken even a full minute. Great camera and sound quality as well. Never going back to Windows as long as these are available!

This is my 4th Acer chromebook. This is better than an i5 HP laptop I have used. Fast, not loaded down with Windows bloatware. Better screen. Touchpad is the best I've used (had always used a mouse in the past). Battery life is over 10 hours. Touchscreen is great. I have nothing to complain about. Chromebook plus is the way to go.

I'm the first to admit that I'm not a techie! I use my machine for very basic functions - email, shopping, social media, and some basic research. But this machine has far exceeded my expectations - particularly given the price! Well done Acer!

Super impressed with this device. Handles everything I need it to do. Plus touch screen! Chromebook Plus is a great standard.I vowed not to get another Chromebook because the other bricks I've used are terribly slow. Not this one.I wish it had a fingerprint sensor.
