Packaging and Quality:The bulbs arrived well-packaged, the box was sturdy, and the bulbs look of good quality. This gave me a good first impression and made me feel confident that the bulbs were protected during shipping.Installation and Setup:The setup was straightforward and quick. However, the instructions indicated that I needed to download the Linkind app first, which then redirected me to AiDot. It would be more efficient to download AiDot directly to simplify the process. Once I had the correct app, the setup was easy: I connected the bulbs via Bluetooth and then linked them to my Wi-Fi network. I also decided to connect them to Alexa, which was very simple and allowed me to enjoy additional functionalities.Performance and Functionality:The bulbs work excellently. The brightness is adequate, and adjusting it is easy. With Alexa, I can schedule timings, change colors, and take advantage of many other features. The AiDot app also includes ambiance options, and if you have multiple lights, they work well together with the predefined scenes.App and Control:The AiDot app is very intuitive and easy to use. It allows you to create rooms to control multiple lights simultaneously, which is very convenient.Reliability and Durability:I've been using the bulbs for several weeks, and I haven't experienced any issues, unlike other brands I've tried in the past. This shows that they are reliable and durable.Value for Money:I consider the AiDot smart bulbs to offer excellent value for money. The features and performance exceed my expectations for the product's cost.Customer Service:I haven't had to contact customer support since I haven't encountered any problems so far. Therefore, I can't evaluate their customer service.Recommendation and Overall Satisfaction:I recommend these bulbs to everyone. They are easy to set up, work well, and are reasonably priced.Additional Note:The bulbs I purchased only work with 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks. It would be beneficial if they were also compatible with 5.0 GHz networks, as a family member couldn't use them due to their network being exclusively 5.0 GHz.In summary, AiDot smart bulbs have exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to enhance their home with smart lighting.
