Good chair for the price. Put together fairly easily by myself in like thirty minutes. My only complaint is I wish it rocked backwards. The seat rocks some but not the whole chair. I did not realize that when purchasing so that's on me. It looks nice and sleek. It's fairly comfy, I will say after a week of sitting in it the comfort has increased, guess it broke in. The lumbar support is the best part as someone with lower back issues - there is a balloon that inflates more than I expected to really build up support. Overall happy with my purchase - and I have the authority to speak on this, because I'm coming off a job where we had two different models of Steelcase chairs. I was very spoiled and can't drop 1k on a chair for myself. So trust me when I say this chair is good LOL!

When you start looking into comfortable, well made desk chairs, you discover over $1000 is the starting point. I'd consider this if I could sit in the chair first, but since no one in my area has a good selection of Herman Miller, Steelcase, etc. I figured, might as well order an inexpensive chair and get a few years out of it.This chair has tunred out to be quite nice. It's comfortable and reasonably well padded. Mine did come with the inflatable lumbar support although I haven't played with it much so far.There are very few assembly steps. (1) Place the seat on the base, (2) attach side arms, (3) attach seat back, which is held in place by screws in the arms. This last step is tricky because it's difficult to position the back between the arms and make all the screw holes line up. But it's doable.Now that the chair is together, my only gripe is that height adjustment cylinder has to be rasied every time I sit in the chair. These cylinders are always the weakest part, but it's only been a week and I weigh 155 pounds. The cylinder does hold after adjustment until the next time I sit in the chair, so it isn't shot yet.All in all, it's great. I could buy almost 6 of these chairs for the cost of the superduper ergonomic chair my neighbor has. Obviously, if you can sit in a chair first, that's the way to go. But if you can't, why spend a fortune?

This chair was beyond my expectations in comfort, style, and sturdiness. My husband said it was easy to assemble with all needed parts included (and a few extra). I thought I loved my old chair, but since I started having back issues, decided it might be time for a new one. I work at home tied to a desktop computer and usb headset 5-6 hours per day M-F so I use my chair a lot. The brown faux leather is soft and smooth, the seat and back are well made and supportive and the arms are padded and comfy. The fact that the arms can lift up, out of the way, makes me able to push it under my rolltop desk. Love the little pump to make the lower back firmer too. That being said, I am 6 feet tall and I agree with other reviewers that this is not a short person's chair. My shortish friend sat in it and her feet didn't touch the ground on the lowest setting. But for me it is a vast improvement over my apparently worn out previous chair. I have been using it a few months now and I still am thrilled with it!

I am absolutely in love with this chair! The leather has premium feel and no scratches, no peeling at all. Flip-up arms are super convenient, I can slide the chair under my desk easily. The inflatable lumbar support is a game-changer, no more back pain after long workdays. Tilt control works great, and the chair is sturdy, rolls smoothly too. Has the additional pumps for back pains which greatly helps. Highly recommend for anyone needing comfort and style! High flying five for this one.

Was easy to put together only 12 bolts. Just remember there are two type of bolts one's 5mm longer and goes in the back support. Pretty comfortable and seems well made. I like how the arms flip up sometimes arms rub my forearms too much and they get irritated. I am happy although ALL chair prices have gotten a little out of control thanks to Bidenomics.

Chair is super comfortable, and was easy to assemble. I love the fact I can pump the back part of the chair to my liking.

It’s very comfortable and I really like the style. Really easy to assemble. The issue is that the bolt covers keep popping off but it may be the bolts aren’t screwed in as tightly as they probably should be. Came with some minor scratches but nothing too obvious. I would buy the chair again.
