The media could not be loaded. My Easy Press 3 shows an error code of EO5 and won't turn on. I unplugged it for about 20 minutes, plugged it back in and it still shows the error code. I held down the power button for 15 seconds and it still won't turn on. My return date was by March 15th if anything went wrong with it but it was working up until today. (March 27th) I paid over $900 dollars for the whole set up! Hopefully the company will resolve this issue and send a new one. The Easy Press 3 isn't cheap. It's expensive.
