The humidor is the perfect size for my office. It doesn’t take up much room and looks very nice. I got mine with my last name on the glass and it added a personal touch that really helped push it to a 5 star rating from me. It was easy to season and holds the humidity very well. I’m thinking about purchasing another one as a backup to my humidor at home. Worth every penny.

Larger than I expected I hade 30 cigars in there at one point. I love the quality and style. Modern stylish not snobby at all. Comes with humidor solution for warm and cold temps. The solutions was a bonus for me because I didn’t read the description.

I bought this humidor as a gift for my son after much research. I decided to “season” it before gifting it and I still have it. I love it. This item is top quality and provides everything you need to get your humidor “up and running” including explicit instructions. No need to purchase anything additional aside from the cigars you’re placing in it. I chose to purchase a separate hygrometer (not necessary) to measure the accuracy of the one on the humidor and got identical readings. I had a bit of a time getting the humidity right due to the dry climate and the heat in the house during the winter so I emailed the company. They immediately responded and continued to follow up. This is my first humidor purchase and I couldn’t be happier. I noticed some people are apprehensive about the glass top humidors. I have no issue because it’s a very tight seal and you have the added benefit of seeing the cigars. It was packed exceptionally well for shipping.

The humidor is great and made by good quality wood. It can fit up to 25-50 cigars, depending on how big your cigars are. However if you live in a place that is cold during winters, you might have to put two trays with winter solution to reach to the ideal humidity level and it can affect the storage capacity. However the customer service is the best that I have encountered so far and they helped me throughout the process. Overall I highly reccomend it, they also have great cigars in their website!!!

UPDATED 1/28/24 : Upped the rating a star after the vendor reached out and offered full refund. Not THAT disappointed with this unit to go to that extent, being as I do actively use the box for storing sticks. But I thought that you should know they are worth a shot, by their willingness to offer such great support.I have two other Cabinet Style humidors from this place, which are excellent (aside from the hygrometer calibration issue below). This one, however, misses the intended mark.PROS: It is nice. The finish is excellent. It looks well made, has clean lines, and it is, in the most basic sense, doing what I want it to ... hold cigars in a (somewhat) consistent humidified environment.CONS: The on-board hygrometer is off by 5%. It's consistently high. When I try to calibrate it per Case Elegance's instructions (on their site) it doesn't work. They say to place in sealed plastic bag with 75% Boveda for 12 hours and if it doesn't read 75% hold the rear button for 6 seconds to calibrate it to 75. Trouble is, when I hold in the button nothing happens. The thing is not "calibrate-able." Of the three Case Elegance humidors I have with this same hygrometer, only one is able to be calibrated per their instructions. So, buy some cheap digital hygrometers to set in the box for a more accurate percentage. Also, while the magnetic lid is nice in theory it does little in reality. Maybe its the seal of lid to box, but this thing does not hold humidity any better than some of the 50 dollar glass top boxes I use.It's a nice 20-30 stick humidor, but its limitations and sketchy hygrometer leaves me wondering if I would recommend paying double for this than another option, again.

This the best humidor I've ever owned. The available customer service is a game changer for me. I'm a novice when it comes to getting the right humidity for my cigars but this product and company customer service have made it easy.I highly recommend this product and company!

Purchased this one to handle the overflow from my first Case Elegance humidor and the qualities of the build, the tightness of the seal and the accuracy of the hygrometer are outstanding. Plenty of room in this one to handle the overflow from my first humidor and gives me plenty of space to age my cigar purchases a little longer before smoking them. Have tested the hygrometer (following customer supports suggestions a couple of times) and just as with my first Case Elegance humidor, this hygrometer has always tested spot on. Additionally, I've found the Case Elegance Customer Support to be outstanding. Being a newbee when I bought my first humidor, I had several questions concerning how to properly age the humidor and how to ensure the hygrometer was accurate. Support answered all of my questions expertly and quickly - they've been of great help. From my experience, a great company with a great product who really values their customers.

In this current 2022 messy retail world where shipping is chaotic and product quality can be diluted, it's refreshing to find a company that provides an excellent item and backs it with immediate customer care. I had a monogramed Humidor that was to be gifted to a dear friend who turns 50 this New Year's and during the first Holiday shipping mayhem, item arrived damaged. I reached out and within 12 hours had a human response with a replacement item to land prior to my celebration date. I was doubtful since we're now in between Christmas and NewYr with no time to spare.. Sure enough a second Humidor that was monogramed landed 2 days later well in time for my event and this one was first quality. The box itself has a beautiful matte finish and the cedar seems of high quality. The seal sounds good with a whoosh as the lid closes and everything lines up well.. The monogram is just icing on top for a customized look and feel. It is absolutely a giftable item that one would never have to feel cheap about. Thank you Case Elegance for your attention to a single little customer across the country and delivering a beautiful product. Cheers~

Don't let the instructions mislead you though. Boveda packs work great with this. They just want you to subscribe to them and keep buying their solution.
Well built humidor
I really like my MAG humidor. As long as you season well (do not rush it), it regulates 69-71% with minimal maintenance. The build quality is excellent. Seals properly. I highly recommend.

It looks good! The shipping was so fast I was really shocked especially since it's a customizable item. But it came as I asked for it. I hope the person likes it I bought it for Christmas already. I'm sure it will be good.
