    Finally! This is the 3rd mug warmer I’ve ordered, and I am finally happy. The buttons on the first one I ordered did not respond to touch, and the 2nd one I ordered kept the coffee lukewarm, not hot. This mug warmer keeps my coffee hot - not room temperature. It is very simple - only an on-off button - no timer, no weight sensor, no auto shut-off. But I don’t need those things. I turn it on and it keeps my coffee nice and hot until I turn it off. If you have issues remembering to turn off your appliances, then this one is probably not for you. But if you like your coffee hot and don’t need all the bells and whistles, this is a great mug warmer. My coffee is hot ‘til the last drop.

    I am a big coffee drinker and can’t always get a cup drunk before it’s cold due to being in an unpredictable occupation. We get busy and my coffee gets cold reason being for the purchase. It works perfectly! Keeps my coffee not hot but not luke warm either, somewhere in between. Shuts off when I remove my cup and doesn’t get so hot that when papers find themselves against it, they don’t “burn”. Will purchase again.

    Arrived in good condition. It does not have a temperature control and gets pretty hot so you might want to keep this out of reach of children and pets. It keeps my cups of coffee or tea hot.

    Make sure to cover the surface you place it on. It gets extremely hot. I'm using a plate as it will definitely leave a burn ring in time. You get what you pay for.
