I have been using this everyday and it has been helping tremendously! The taste is good with water, other supplements I have taken need juice or something for the terrible taste but this one is very mild. I have noticed the increase in mood and libido while taking this.

There seems to be a lot of sugar in this product which makes me think how pure this is. Not sure even if it works until I have tried it for a while. Just wanted to let everyone know this. To see if someone could comment if it is natural taste or it has been cut with a lot of sugar.

Have tried other brands that did nothing. Took this capsule for 3 months and it increased libido and helped to regulate my cycle. With this, I start at the same time every month, don't have random spotting throughout the month and my periods are not painful. Periods are still heavy (I have fibroids) but more manageable with less clots. The only downside is that I do get breast tenderness a few days before my period while taking this. After doing research online I think this brand works because of the combination of black, red, and yellow maca which each offer different hormonal support.*On a side note: I tried the maca drops before the capsules and they were not as effective for me.

I have been trying to take this starting slow at first and working up to a stronger does. But it makes me so angry, irritable, anxious and stressed, and a definitely has NO boost to the libido. The exact opposite - get away from me! I have also felt very sluggish and sloppy movements of arms and legs. Often it knocks me out into a deep sleep about 4 or 5 hours after taking it. It definitely does not work in my body
