It's perfect, surprisingly. Quite firm enough, doesn't squash down at all, but gentle underfoot; the right height for my somewhat short-legged 5'4 self; seems quite nicely made, doesn't slip at all on my smooth ceramic studio floor; cleans up pretty well with a lint roller (clay dust in my case); wide enough to position feet easily without being cumbersome; really helps my bad back (I sit for long hours making little clay sculptures and tend to crouch) - really it's a very good product.

Works well with my desk set up. Provides comfort for my feet and hips. I like that you can remove the bottom piece. It allows for two different sizes. It also helps keep my feet warmer as my office is in basement and the floor can get a little cold.

Not really sure what they mean by this being adjustable because to me, it looks as big as it's going to get. That said, it's very comfortable and fine for when I have my chair lowered to my desk's height. I'm getting a standing desk soon, though, so I'm not sure if I'll be able to reach the footstool as well when everything is at a higher height. I can definitely feel the relief in my legs from using this though, since before I would just put my feet on the circle thing on the bottom of my chair, and I think that was causing undue tightness in my calf muscle. This relieves your calves the way a bluelight coating on new glasses relieves the stress on your eyes.

I was having hip pains. My chiropractor suggested a foot rest to take the pressure off my hips when I am sitting. After some research, I settled on this foot rest. I have now purchased three and my hop pain is nearly non-existent. When I go places where I do not have a foot rest, the pain returns. I do have short legs, which is great when flying in economy, but not when sitting and my feet do not touch the floor. I use one for my easy chair, one for my home office, and one for my office. From a comfort perspective, this is one of the best investments I have made.

I'm a short lady, so when I have my work chair high enough to have the computer at eye level, my feet don't comfortably rest on the ground. I'm usually curled up in my work chair, but sometimes I want to stretch a bit! This footrest is the perfect size to fit under my desk and allows me to comfortably rest my feet. It's sturdy and does not collapse under my feet. I highly recommend!

This device isn't accurate to the pictures in a couple of ways.#1 - it's just 2 pieces of foam with a cover and some velcro. So it's very soft, but it's also somewhat squishy so if you have heavy legs your feet will sink into the foam. The foam does support the weight with some give. The photo is deceptive because the feet pictured are very small (child's?) feet and no give is shown.#2 there is no height adjustment mechanism. I'm not sure how to raise the height actually. You can unzip the top half-round piece from the bottom rectangle and insert something in the middle (book?, block of wood? Styrofoam?) but you'll have to supply that. Again, the photo / marketing is deceptive in that it claims some sort of height adjustment that is not actually present.Overall, it's working. I'm probably going to put a wood block / Styrofoam in there to raise it higher. But it is comfortable and does support my legs... mostly.

This for test is just the right height for me. I love how it's easily adjustable and it feels very comfy on the feet.

Not as advertised!
The hight is not adjustable and all it is is soft foam pads with very little structure. The thing after a few weeks of use has deflated considerably. Not a good buy.
