    I put quite a bit of it in the bath with Dr Teals bath oil and able to do adjustments on my neck very easily.

    I have tight muscles in my lower calves, it hurts to walk. Muscle recovery loosened my muscles and allowed me to walk pain free for hours. However, it leaves a sticky residue on my skin. I have scrubbed with soap and water, and I'm still sticky. I don't have a bathtub to soak in, only a shower. How do I get rid of this sticky residue? It feels yucky.
